Great stay! The service was fantastic, it was easy to get to our room, the room was clean, and I got a great night's sleep. I just wish there were a few more larger parking spaces closer to the entrance. Other than that, everything was great and went smoothly. (:

As a Hilton diamond member, I have been to a bunch of these places. The service here was top notch for sure. The facility was nicely remodeled as well as clean. Pretty much everything was very good as I have come to expect from a Doubletree. Very important for me was a great TV which I was easily able to plug my Apple TV into the HDMI port so I had all of my apps and shows. The only negative, and it was a shocker, was the super noisy floor above me. I don't know if the floors are very thin at this hotel, but I could hear the person walking around above me while my TV was on. When I was in the hallway, waiting for the elevator. I could hear the person walking in the hallway above me. It was completely insane. Very glad not much was going on in the room above me, or I would not have been able to sleep. Recommend staying on the third floor, the top.

I came to this location for a wedding ceremony and reception. The restrooms were not fully stocked with seat covers for the toilet and the paper towel dispenser wasn't working which was a bit frustrating for guests. On the plus side, they're were decently clean. My biggest concern is the serving staff at the reception. The bartender had an attitude with quite a few guests which is disappointing considering it was supposed to be a celebratory event! It's a wedding! They also were not the most coordinated when they served everyone beverages for the toasts from the bridal party. Not everyone at my table was given champagne or cider even after asking a few times until finally I was able to find another server. But she was annoyed because she had to fill three glasses... it was a bit bizarre. Maybe the staff needed to be briefed a bit better because it just felt messy. The food was adequate. We had Caesar salad, potato salad, wild rice, seasoned veggies, roast, and salmon. I and other guests became very gassy and bloated from the food. But on the plus side, the food didn't taste bad. Parking was pretty easy. We parked in the underground structure and did not have any difficulty finding available space.

Stayed here the other night and it was a phenomenal experience. Booked direct using points and was able to check-in via my Hilton app and select my desired check-in time. Although I wasn't able to select my room this time around, I was provided a room high level, away from the elevator and freeway making for a quiet experience. The digital key worked flawlessly as I received a notification on my app that my digital key was ready. Upon arrival, the entire experience was contactless. Leveraged my digital key to use the lift to my floor and open my door. As a Gold member, I was upgraded which was a nice surprise. The room and property have been extensively upgraded from the bottom up with nothing left behind. The elevator was modern, the hallways had thick plush carpet. The room was bright with a large TV, mini fridge, mini microwave, and coffee maker. The bathroom was bright with quality toiletries, decent water pressure, and quality fluffy towels that were super clean. Wifi was complimentary and worked well. The TV had numerous premium channels although I only found out while scrolling through the channels that the channel guide is on the TV guide channel! The mattress was comfortable although a tad lumpy. It felt like a lower end bonnell spring mattress with a pillowtop. The sheets, blanket, and pillows were all good quality. The window HVAC unit was controlled via the wall controller and was on the noisier end...

Room overall was spacious (king with sofa bed), but there were bugs flying around during the two nights I was there, as well as ants in the bathroom, on the toilet and sink area. There was a cut out behind the bed, not sure if that's where the insects were coming from. I stayed on the first floor, so maybe that was my mistake. Curtains were kind of busted so it was difficult to open/close for natural light. Parking here is weird because of all the inclines, although there is covered parking/garage available, and charge $10/day, which is annoying as a guest that's already paying for the stay. Gym has two treadmills but one is out of order and the other's screen was gross/nasty. Fire alarm also went off twice at 2am.

We had a weekend getaway to go to the L.A. County Fair. This DoubleTree was a short drive from the Fairplex so we gave them a shot. The hotel is located on top of a hill so it's a little tricky parking as lots of drivers kept on going down the wrong way. However, if you can't find parking outside they have a one-way covered parking garage just past the front. Check-in was easy peasy and we stayed in room 242 (king-sized bed) for two nights. First thing we always do whenever we stay anywhere is wipe down/disinfect everything we would touch (counters, remote, switches, sofa, table, etc.). They were all clean but the floor was a little grimy (my white socks turned black walking back/forth). The walls were thin so you can hear everyone in the halls, everyone in the rooms around you, and the traffic outside. Speaking of - the walls and doors were pretty worn down and scuffed up. We inspected the bed and saw there were a couple of stains in the sheets. We called the front and asked for some new ones. Someone came about ten minutes later and dropped them off like I was supposed to change the sheets myself. When I asked for help, they came back another five minutes later with another person to change the sheets. It was kind of weird since they originally didn't think there was anything wrong with the sheets until we pointed out the stains to them in Spanish (no need to be in disbelief and get defensive if someone points out something's dirty). I'm glad they changed them though because I originally didn't realize that the sheets had a tear in one of the corners. Since we've stayed at DoubleTree's before, it's become evident that their elevators are just the worst. You need to swipe your room card to access the second or third floors. The twist is that the reader only works if you swipe your card 4-5 times. I don't know which genius decided this elevator company was best to use for all their hotels, but they all suck. Literally every single time we got in an elevator with other guests, they always complained about how bad/wonky the elevator system is and how long they've been waiting. And the ice machine smelled like vomit so we got to thoroughly enjoy the stank whenever we waited as it's right next to the elevators. Parking can be tricky due to the hill and because they share the same lot/garage with their restaurant. There was a biker gathering one day with at least 20+ bikers taking over the parking area. We didn't want to risk losing our parking space so we stayed in and instead got to enjoy listening to them revving up for hours. The next day there was a graduation... very weird mix of people here. Overall it's not the best but not the absolute worst either. 2.5 is a fair rating but the complimentary cookies at check-in rounds it up to 3.

I actually really enjoyed my stay here, the hotel was pretty booked but wasn't too expensive. The restaurant and bar was really nice! The whole place is pretty new which gives it a nice modern vibe but the hotel lobby kind of has a Palm Springs retro modern feel to it. The drinks at the bar are delicious and very well prepared by the bar tenders! The food was also really delicious, and they offered room service which was great! I loved the rooms, comfy beds, very clean and beautiful view. I liked the pool area too, some shade, some sunlight, hidden away even though it's next to the parking lot. Planning on staying here again!

My room was very clean and fresh. The grounds were clean and well kept. The entrance is a bit strange and the parking is much better in the garage. The over all style and decor are very good. Clean and well layer out. I enjoyed the wide ope. Window views and the restaurant is good. Pricy but good. I didn't like that it closed by 10 with no other open bar. Breakfast is at a charge as well. Coffee was complementary and pretty good. I would definitely stay again.

First time visiting this Hotel. Overall what negative can you say? Staff was nice, place was clean, restuarant attached to this Hotel is just so adorable. Room was a good size. Simply just a nice set up. I would most definitely stay here again.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. They handled all our executive attendees with that Captain America level of patience and coordination. When I first requested a quote, I recieved a response very quickly from Pro, the manager, and he remained available for any questions I had until I was ready to sign my quote and lock in my event (and thereafter until shower day.) When you request a quote, you'll be sent a questionnaire about what you'll need for your event (time frame, services, furnishings, etc.) so you know exactly what you're paying for when you get your price. There is a lot included in the price, but other than some standard items like tables and chairs, you'll need to rent, or bring in everything else yourself or with outside vendors. I did all of my own decor, had my family and friends help me set up, and we catered Porto's. There is a full kitchen with a stove/oven, prep area and sink as well if you're cooking yourself, we used the oven to warm up potato balls and stored drinks in the fridge and it worked out great. You can rent a cover for the kitchen if it's not your vibe. Here's some of the concerns I had before booking and how we overcame them: Concern: the venue is on the second story in a historic building and is only accessible by stairs. Solution: It is only one flight of stairs, and there is a break in the middle with ample room for a chair or bench if guests need a stopping point. I informed my guests of this ahead of time and had my husband help anyone who needed assistance, everyone was able to make it work. It was a little but rough carrying all of our own stuff up, but many hands made light work. Concern: there is only one bathroom for an event of nearly 90 people. Solution: Honestly, this was only an issue for us at the beginning of our event when people were arriving from far away places. Once the initial rush died out, there was never even a line for the bathroom. Concern: the space is very plain. Solution: The space does not have many bells and whistles, but I found it charming and rustic, and there's lots of opportunity to really make it as dressed up as you want with whatever theme you can think of. Also, the natural light from the windows on both sides of the building made things that much more appealing. Concern: there is no designated parking. Solution: the Electric Loft team was able to save some spaces directly in front for me and my set-up team, and then parking is open up and down the streets as well as at the nearby park. No one had any issues, save for some later arrivals as there was some kind of art event at another building nearby. There may be a little walking involved, but not so much that it made anything impossible. All in all, everyone thought it was a great spot and I've been recommending Electric Loft all over the place, and I'll continue to do so. Also shout out to The Splendor Co for my photo spot!

There are so many varieties of California native plants and they do have a nursery that is usually open a few days a week but is closed for Summer and reopening in October, 2026. What I love about this property is the sprawling amount of walkway to take a nice walk. You'll find enough shade along the way but many parts are not shaded. The pathways are decomposed granite, concrete and or asphalt so it's like hiking in nature but without the dirt road or elevation gain. I also really love that it's not crowded here. It's also smack dab in the middle of nature so you will occasionally see wild animal poop on a path, cracks that have not been repaired, but none of that really bothers me. There are plenty of benches along the path and a restroom on one side of the property so plan accordingly. They used to have a nice gift shop here and novelties like hats, t shirts, children's toys, books are now displayed in a small outdoor kiosk near to where you check in. Currently, 380 gardens participate in this Network throughout parts of United States and Territories of U.S.A., Canada, and Cayman Islands. https://ahsgardening.org/ahs-garden-network/ I copy and pasted the exerpt below from AI but it has been a treat to see the blooms and how they change color, specifically Native California Buckwheat which can be seen along many hills and roadsides in California. To observe how the plant changes and matures in different seasons is quite fascinating: "Native California Buckwheat flowers start out white (or pale pink/creamy) and transition through shades of orange, cinnamon, rust, and deep red-brown as they age and dry out into summer and fall. Flower Color Changes Fresh Blooms (Spring): Tiny clusters open up as bright, clean white or pale pink. Aging and Drying (Summer): As the weather heats up and soil dries, the petals shift into rusty orange, copper, and tan. Late Season (Fall/Winter): The spent flower heads mature into deep rust-red and chocolate brown tones across the hillsides." I truly enjoy seeing the change of colors on each visit, they are so bright and vibrant! Look for it, and you will find a lot of beauty in the varied California native plant foliage and blooms on this property. Visiting seasonally gives the best picture. For example, The 1000's of large Matilija poppies which resemble a crinkly giant sunny side up egg just finished peak bloom a few months ago. They will be back!

Good brand and good hotel management with good history too. Gorgeous spot to stay.

This hotel was more disappointing than the Ayres one in Chino Hills!! First one we got a king size…read moresuite and it came with no couch. More egregiously, their tvs are NOT smart tvs & have no streaming capability!! In this century??? There was also a horrible smell right outside my room that kept entering.
