If only I could have given ZERO stars . . . never before have I felt the urge to check the corners of the mattress for bugs. Maybe it's cuz I spotted a few near the window crawling on the wall. What's that? 5 baby roaches? I lifted the mattress and there were several more between the mattress and box spring. (I'm already online searching for a new place to sleep tonight as I simultaneously type this review). I noticed the fitted sheet had been flipped over and put on the bed inside out--so of course now I'm thinking that the sheets weren't even washed, and, WTF? I know what a lube stain looks like, and there was definitely a party going on in this bed last night. A greasy stain at about crotch distance from the pillow was evident as I held it up to the light. Just for grins I pulled the pillows out of the pillow cases and wouldn't you know it: MORE BABY ROACHES! I wanna know who was having a go in this bed and didn't notice the near infestation during the booty call! Found a room at a nearby motel and packed up the car. Hubby and I were driving away and I decided to try for a refund. Dude was incredulous: "We've never had roaches here before--not even with the monsoon." (um, what?) I described the horror that I had just left and asked politely for a refund. "Do you want me to move you to a different room?" No . . . Money. Back. Now. Please. Dude gave me a refund. I wasn't even going to bother, because I was sure he'd cite some random pages-long manifesto about their policy toward refunding in the event of infestation, blah blah blah . . . so I was very pleasantly surprised to get all of my money back. So now we're down the street at a VERY CLEAN room that's better in every way. The price was higher, but breakfast is included, so we're about even now. This place is amazing! Never mind that it's a motel 6, it's by far the best motel I've ever stayed at. The staff are courteous & friendly. The rooms are absolutely stunning - clean, newly renovated, & well kept. The owners Russ & Melissa have done a super job reconstructing this place, & it stands in its own class. $40/night & pet friendly. There is a clean pool, laundry facilities, Internet cafe, vending machines, & BBQ's. Free wifi & it's fast! 15Mbps! Definitely stay here if you are in the area needing a place. read more

Clean, cheap, no frills. Refrigerator & microwave included and crammed into a small room with the two beds. Air condition took FOREVER to cool the room down. Good place if you just are sleeping and moving on and are on a budget. read more

Stayed in quite a few motel 6 over last 14 years while doing out of town jobs and thus one is the worst. Needs remodeled. Old decor in rooms and the ac units can't cool down rooms. Rooms are worth about $20 stay. The concrete walkways are full of grime and have not been pressured washed in over ten years. Filthy....probably why they don't leave the light on for you here. read more

Very clean, updated showers, hardwood floors instead if carpet. Rooms smelt nice, not like covered up smoke. The Ac unit was blowing warm air, we called the front desk and they sent someone to fix it right away. Cool quiet room to sleep in. The area around the hotel was nice as well. Yes, I know it's a cheap hotel. But really! The bedspread was stained and the blanket was old and full of hair. Luckily we travel with our own pillows and blanket. You could hear EVERY sound, the loudest hotel we've ever stayed in. Barking dogs, loud people, car alarm going off in the middle of the night. The refrigerator is very noisy. All you get is two bars of soap and THAT'S ALL you get. No shampoo, no kleenex, no in-room coffee, no iron or ironing board, no hair dryer. One small roll of toilet paper. Two tiny rough bath towels. The shower was so small I barely could fit in it and I am 5' 1". We have stayed in much nicer Motel 6 rooms and would not recommend this one. read more

Very clean. Great customer service. Pet friendly. The court yard is beautiful. It was affordable. It is really nice to stay at a place that is pet friendly. I don't think many establishments realize how important it is to us who have 4 legged babies. They are our family too. read more

Bad towels they were yellow their was mold in the ceiling the air didnt work and a hair in the shower aswell as a booger the beds are like sleeping on cardboard with a crusty towel sleeping was none existent and lets not even go there with the smell read more

Pre-booked my room for non smoking & opened it up only to be greeted by the pungent smell of ashtray. The clerk gave us a another room which has a weird odor & the water in the bathroom smells like sulfur. The people above us stomp like a herd of stampeding elephants! I had to call the front desk for the Wi-Fi password; it doesn't seem to be working. The TV here Sucks. Bottom line: would not stay here again. read more

I stayed here for one night during a two week road trip across the country. After sleeping in the bed, I woke up and my arm was itching but there was nothing visible where my skin was irritated. The next day I woke up with a rash which a doctor has recently told me is a skin infection that I more than likely got from the bed in this Motel 6. Very displeased with this motel and would NEVER stay here again or recommend any Motel 6 to anyone. Definitely not worth the $50+/night I paid.a read more

I gave this a 1 only because you can't rate it below a zero. Pass this hotel up!!! We were traveling and booked this hotel on line. My wife and I have stayed in Holbrook several times over the years during our travels. When we checked in, we were given a bottom floor room on the back side of the hotel. As soon as we opened the door, we were greeted by several bugs crawling on the floor and several of their flying friends. We checked the beds and between the sheets we found several small bugs. May not be bed bugs but, they were bugs and they were in the bed! May be a few dollars more but go someplace else. read more

Motel 6 is not a fancy hotel. It's there for when you want a basic, cheap place to spend a night on the road. This Motel 6 does that job perfectly. It's very clean and feels new. There was lots of parking for our UHaul. You can walk to the Denny's next door for a quick meal. There were some loud people outside by the pool, but we could barely hear them in our room just down the hall. Like all Motel 6 locations, this one allows pets; we are moving across the country and had our cat with us. I do wish the bed had been on one of those box frames instead of a standard bed frame so our cat couldn't have hid under it, but it was easy enough to move the bed and get her out. I did have to wait a few minutes to check in because there was only one person at the front desk and several people in line, and housekeeping came by as we were getting ready. If you're checking out that day, they shouldn't come to clean the room until after you leave. But those were minor concerns. This is a really good Motel 6 and I'd happily stay here again if we were in the area. read more

Check in was easy and friendly. The rooms were convenient, the beds comfortable. It looked like the motel had been upgraded fairly recently. We came in late, no fuss no muss and clean enough. Motel 6 is always a no frills place and we have stayed in a lot of them. This one was quieter than most. Would recommend. read more

Garbage. Random long black hair in the bed. 4 oz flouride rinse cups for coffee. No breakfast like it was listed. The whole town in a modern day wasteland. Nothing but disrespect from the entire staff. One worker refused to hold the door bc of course I had 2 coffees in my hands bc they are so small. I spill it all over myself and the bitch laughs. She should be fired but then again, I feel sorry for everyone that lives here read more
