WiFi here if you want to pay $3 to $5 per devise.

Motel 6 has a saying " The lowest price of any national chain". They should add " The lousiest internet of any national chain" I try to book Motel 6 because we like to travel with our pet. I don't mind paying a little extra for internet but the code is only good for one devise. If I use the code on another computer it kicks the last one out. We travel with two tablets and two computers and the way Motel 6 internet works, it is not convenient for us. Enough about the Internet, the room... the sink will not drain, the maid did not remove the trash from the room, the water is luke warm so no shower and every morning the traffic makes it very noisy. Consider staying here only if budget or work demands it. Update: the towel bar fell off the wall when I grabbed for a towel in the shower.

Door has been kicked in a few times and a amature job at fixing, also rot that has basically paint on it to just "Cover" it.

Where to begin.....did this reservation through booking.com and went with it because of the 7.5 stars out of 10, seemed to me to be ok...picts on the site even looked ok, that's what I did wrong instead of coming to the trusted yelpers. I've uploaded some pics. These don't do justice until you see it in person, and by all means go ahead and book a room and see for yourself. Went to the Dennys next door, ( good food, but run down looking, but that's another review coming) and chatted up a few older locals, and it was brought up where I was staying....these guys didn't hold back, what a horrible reputation this place has, and it was sure confirming my short hour getting settled into our room before heading over to Dennys. The plain sight drug deals, the cars in and out ( yes I get that its a motel, but you don't have to be a genius to see and hear what is going on). The section I was in looked like it should be condemned or a major overhaul. The old locals told me that a few well known "Ladies of the Night" frequent here ALOT or even at times run a room a few weeks at a time. Was told a local gang has a lot of dealings in the motel.....left Dennys went back to the room, sat down to do some work from the office that I brought with me, and low and behold you have to pay for internet ( I frequent a decent amount of hotels/motels for work and have NEVER paid for internet, what a joke..) It is $2.99 per device, per day....ok, I was going to cave and do it because I needed my work done before I went to bed that night. BUT you have to get a prepaid code at the office to use it....I called the front office and the lady offered to "Comp. Me a code for the night, that I needed to go to the office and get it. I once again reluctantly went back out ( into the drug dealers and hookers ) to get said code. Got onto the internet and was immediately greeted by the sounds of stereo bass car competition taking place right outside my door. This went on and off for a good 2.5 hours. I was throwing in the towel, and just tried to get to sleep as soon as I could just to get morning quicker, and could leave. Best of luck anyone looking to book here. P.s also no bathroom fan, and small. The amount of steam that you will unleash and hang with will want you to open the window, but you can't.....because its screwed shut ( see pics. )

Motel 6 has stylish beds but also very comfortable

Motel 6 is a small but quite and also around everything you might need. I stayed here for one night and I had a good time. The room was warm and the people at the front desk was extremely nice. Also it was very cheep for a 19 year old

Back side of Motel, WiFi is not free, sign misleading. Outside pool. Good parking. No one messed with our car.

I've stayed at the Motel 6 several times. I found it to be a clean motel with comfortable beds. The staff has always been friendly

Springhill Suites is what I view as the economy version of the Marriott hotel chain and the room amenities and room decor match that description. Janky but functional shower with low pressure, vinyl stucco walls and beige and yellow color scheme. Complimentary breakfast was well stocked, small (very small) pool was open and fitness room was basic but functional. We had a king bed suite with is really a bedroom with a half wall partition with a pull out sofa. Lots of room and could easily accommodate four people if privacy is not a concern. Our second time staying for a volley ball tournament over in Fitchburg. We'll be back.

I still suggest staying away until the construction is complete, but i feel the manager - James Carlson - was professional and an apology goes a long way. ** Construction (not mentioned on website), this is our bathroom (but they can't clean it or relocate us), no WiFi, no tv (during entire stay), an ironing board it took both of us to get to work, no restaurant, no bar, awoken at 6:15 AM with sun streaming in window (no room darkening shade)... this is a Marriott property ?!?! We were here for a wedding on the property (my sister-in-law was told construction and reno would be completed by wedding date) so changing hotels wasn't an option. GM 'allowed' Bonvoy points vs room discount since I'm a Bonvoy member. Like that was compensation for all the issues?! I've stayed in motels with more amenities. Stay away ....

The problem is that…read moremy expectations are also pretty vague: if I had a dollar for every night I've spent at inns that are clearly lovable, but that I just didn't love, I'd be staying in a suite at the Grand Hotel Europe. Fortunately, in the absence of clear-cut criteria for that "five star" place, I have the Maguire House to use as a benchmark. When you drive up Cobb Road in the small town of Ashburnham, MA to be greeted by a bounding golden retriever, it's immediately clear that this B&B is a little bit different. For one thing, it's not there out of convenience to a touristy area: when you visit the Maguire House, you are doing it on purpose. This is a huge advantage if you're looking for some true R&R, and Terry provides enough fresh-baked treats to be content barely leaving the 18th-century oasis of her home. Between the beautifully curated collection of antique furniture, the lush goose down comforters, claw-footed bathtubs and innumerable extra touches (the towels, for example, are all perfectly coordinated with bedroom color schemes), it would be understandable if you never went outside here. When my husband and I didn't feel like cross-country skiing last winter, a fire and complimentary glass of wine made this an appealing option. But during a recent June stay, we were scarcely in our room: the view is magnificent and I spent hours watching wild turkeys, woodpeckers and cardinals go about their daily routines. When it was time for a little more action, we took a rowboat out on the lake at the brink of the property. The water was peaceful and perfectly safe, but Abby (the golden retriever) kept watch over us just in case. It should come as no surprise that we will be going back to the Maguire House, though probably not in time to sate my craving for Terry's lemon-blueberry scones. It is a place to bring friends, or a book, or your weekday stress, and lose it in the tranquility that connects New England's past with your future getaways.

Stay the fuck away…read more I booked (and paid for) a three-night stay and ended up checking out a day early. Throughout my stay, there were multiple bugs in the room, including insects crawling on the walls and small flying bugs (gnats? I'm not sure). The overall condition of the room made it difficult to relax or sleep comfortably. There was even a bug crawling above my bed at one point. The hotel itself is VERY dated and in need of maintenance. The air conditioner was very loud and struggled to keep the room cool. They also don't do daily housekeeping, which isn't a MAJOR thing but when your hotel looks like it came out of a scary movie -- it might be helpful. Did not get much sleep during my stay. Most disappointing was the response from the front desk when I checked out early. I explained that I was leaving because of the bug issues and asked whether a refund for the unused final night would be possible. I knew this was a long shot, but was at least expecting a friendly interaction. I was told that I should have reported the issue earlier so they could have moved me to another room (which objectively is very fair). I was then handed a manager's business card (also very fair) but then dismissed. Tone of the interaction was not friendly at all. There was little empathy and no apparent interest in understanding my concerns. I felt like a commoner being dismissed by a noble or something. Once again, did not expect to be fully or even partially refunded for my room, but also did not expect this dismissiveness and frankly defensiveness. I understand that problems can happen at any hotel, BUT matters is how those problems are handled. Between the room condition, the bugs, the poor sleep, and the unfriendly response when I raised my concerns, I cannot recommend this property. Stay away!!
