Horrible experience, when trying to check in after having a reservation for over a month, upon arrival they kept trying to stick us in a nasty smelling smoking room. We ended up leaving and ensured we were not charged. The room was was dirty, the stink was vert nasty; a mixture of stale cigarette smoke, horrible body odor, and cheap cleaning liquids. $100 for a room. Rather large room, w hardwood floors, 40" TV and nothing else. No fridge, No microwave. SMALL TV. And it doesn't have a good picture. It has lines going down the middle of the screen. Included ; Queen bed, bar of soap and a roll of TP. And a wi-fi password. ! It's a standard motel with access to the rooms from the outside and no breakfast. It does have laundry machines in the hallways and McDonald's is out in the parking lot. My door had no lock and the tub was dirty. It was hard to pick a temperature as the dials did not have any labels on them to know if one was hotter or what. No fridge. Plush bed. Sink outside of bathroom. Well-lit parking lot. Plenty of counter space for suitcases. Hardwood floors. Laura at the desk was nice. I would rate this hotel a 0 and not recommend anyone staying here at all. Place is disgusting inside and out! It honestly shouldn't even be open at this point !! floors are never moped, towels are always dirty or stained no matter how many times you ask for new ones, along with the sheets. The room had a lot of cop webs, bathtub was clogged and the curtain was broken on one side. I also encountered a mouse hoping around my room at 2am nibbling my dogs food. And ended up rushing to the front desk and complained. The man at the front desk then gave me a new room for the two nights I had left at the hotel. But the new room he had gave me had a lot of cob webs and the sink was clogged. A women also came up to me the day I left saying she had to leave cause they had bed bugs and showed me her legs all bitten. Saying she was getting a refund. This is just a warning of what to expect. this hotel isn't suppose to be up and running! They don't even have a license!! Front desk lady told me. 9/1/2020 ! Honestly, the customer service was great. Nothing else was, though. The floors were stained, as was the toilet and the sink. The room still smelled like smoke. There was no shampoo. They charged for wifi. All of this wouldn't be so bad if not for the cost. I paid $83 with tax for a room that was worth half that, especially considering the lack of amenities (shampoo, wifi.) that was ridiculous. read more

Dear Mr. Halle, I am writing to make a complaint against your employee's rude and threatening customer service. I walked in, tired, and looked at the sign that said that wi-fi was extra. "You have to pay for wi-fi here?" He helped the two young ladies in front of me and then I asked if I checked in, would I get free wi'fi. He said, "no, I'll get fired." "So you aren't going to charge me for the night on my debit card, right?" He told me to call booking.com As I was on the phone, sitting in the lobby, with priceline, transferred to booking.com. I began to speak with the booking.com representative, the rep explained to me that he'd need to check with the ticket and see if they could still charge. YOUR employee ordered me to get out of the lobby, threatened to call the police and when I asked him why... he said it was because I was rude. And to be perfectly honest with you, Mr. Halle, I wish he had. If he had done so, I would have had a state's witness to him making a false threat to a customer WHO WAS ONLY TRYING TO MAKE SURE YOUR COMPANY DIDN'T STEAL $70.00 FROM ME AND MY COMPANY and I would have dragged him, you and your attorney into court for it. Now that I have explained my situation, I went back and reviewed the itinerary email, it DOES state that wifi is extra, but it DID NOT state it on the priceline app and website when I booked the hotel in the first place. The booking.com agent called Zach and I was reassured that I would not be charged for it. And one last thing before I complete this complaint, Zach deserves to get fired. I don't care who he thinks he is. I'm a CEO and I would never treat a customer that way. Threaten me with police activity? Bring it on. This motel is the most dirtiest I've ever been to. First of they don't even have a coffee machine or even a refrigerator in the room. But checking the beds it was full of hair and even the floor was sticky. I called the Manager and showed her the bed with lots of haiir and gave us another room. She didn't even apologize as if it's nothing important. When I checked the bathroom again there's hair hanging on the towel. My husband said forget it because this is the last time we're staying at motel 6. They don't even fix the curtains that's falling that I have to fix it myself because it bothers me so much that people might even see you from the outside. They deserved a 0 Star. read more

Most horrible place to lodge at. Where can I start I drove 4 hours here for a business trip. On my rush to make the meeting I forgot my identification cards were left on my other vehicle. The lady who me attended me noticed I was a veteran. But that did not stop her from making my life a living hell. She didn't make any attempt to helping a veteran whom forgot his identification on his other car. I want to thank you Amanda for the worst customer service ever. This place is absolute TRASH! Tub was disgusting with cigarette burn marks on the side of the tub, drain was clogged the second I started running water. I would keep your shoes on as much as possible! Sticky residue on the sink counter with the previous costumers hair stuck to the stickiness! Went to sit on the bed and there was crumbs all over the comforter like house keeping was eating on the beds. NO shampoo, condition or body wash provided and stains all over the "clean" towels. Bathroom door also did not lock. Room 114 and 115 are being used as storage with crap stacked floor to ceiling- window shades were left open. The room next to ours had no window clearly that room was broken into or who even knows maybe from a bullet window was covered with cardboard. Area is NOT safe nor clean. Was up all night worried sick about mine and my family's safety. We unfortunately had a family emergency and needed to leave a night early and the guy at the front desk was very inconsiderate no sort of understanding or compensation. While loading the car two teenagers were smoking pot and drinking alcohol out of a brown paper bag at the bottom of the stairs. I see management does a great job monitoring the premises, and I'm sure the cameras don't even work. I hope the next person reads this before booking here because this place is horrific!! read more

No cameras in the lobby to speak of, and staff never seemed to care/mind that their guests were victimized on their front porch. "Abysmal" is the only way to describe this establishment. The woman who booked my room over the phone was rude. The first room I was given had a broken or near broken door handle and cigarette burns and oily looking stains on both bed covers. I requested another room and same thing with the beds, plus a bonus hair of some random person on the sheet, a light that didn't work, and a floor that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in the last month. I went downstairs again and requested a refund from the gentleman who helped me at the desk and he was polite and helpful, and the only positive thing I experienced. Woke up the next morning to find I'd been charged for a full price room, despite having left, and initially having received the military discounted price. When I called the manager, he stated he only saw the initial discounted charge and refund, not an additional full price charge. I've now spent more time on the phone with them and my credit card company trying to unf*ck the mistakes of this he11hole, than I did bouncing around their disgusting crackden rooms. Unless you're bringing your hooker there for some blow, find another place to stay. read more
