Basic accommodations for shampoo, lotion, and bar soap included but again it's a low priced hotel so it's not going to have brand name fancy soaps. This isn't hilton prices. I would 100% come back here again. Oh and no elevator so if you are handicapped, you can't get the upstairs rooms.

Then headed off to the rooms. We got 2 rooms... each room was the same... Extremely hot ..extremely dirty ..extremely disgusting... bugs everywhere... didn't want to complain right away. So waited about 20 mins too see if the AC would even cool down the dirty rooms.. but they failed .. so went down to talk to the Indian guy that was still on the phone. Tried to ask for our money back or even half. Please keep in mind we didnt stay longer then 20 mins there. But the Indian guy said it was too late to get our money back . He Said we should of told him right away. So Basically I use the two rooms for 20 minutes to find another hotel nearby which we ended up staying at the Holiday Inn. So might I suggest if you need to stay in barstow, fork out 20 more $ and stay at the holiday inn. And for some reason if your still staying here at nites inn.. please use caution. Bring your own pillows, towels, blankets, bed, and your own Air conditioning unit. Ps. Dont forget the bug spray. I don't imaging this place staying open much longer.

I'm withholding the 5th star for 5 reasons: a human hair found in bathroom, road noise is higher than expected, homeless pass through the property, the room reeked of cheap bleach upon arrival, and--worst-- there was one big fat roach crawling on the wall at midnight. I think it came in from a gap in the seal of the housing for the recessed "canned" spotlight in the ceiling. It's been cold and raining, so it was probably seeking warmth. I aired out the room at arrival and played ambient music at bedtime to drown out/mask the sound of the passing vehicles on Main Street plus the loudly talking hobos.

I was greeted with all smiles by a very friendly and accommodating staff. Maria was very helpful, making sure I got everything I needed. On my first stay I was unhappy with the room, it was so hot and the AC unit just wasn't doing it for me. The room wasn't cooling down until about 2AM which made my nights rough working in the heat all day then coming in to a hot hotel room. The second stay was a complete 180! The room was far more spacious and the AC until did what it was supposed to do. The gym was nice and clean The room was quiet and very clean. Checking in and out went smoothly and had no problem whatsoever. Plenty of good eats in the area. If I'm in the area I look forward to booking another stay with this hotel.

You are right in it! Again I wasn't there for all that. In fact I was in the the beginning of what would an epic head cold ... I'd take them out and listen and try to find where it was coming from to no avail. Over and over, to the point I slept without AirPods on and near the window. Then I HEARD the crying and jumped out of the bed! Only to find that a tomcat (cat was orange and white which is a male 90% of the time, you can look it up) out doing a mating call and just tomcatting around! Outside my window, wanting to break up my family! The audacity! No kitty, you go holler at someone else! Still unlike others I didn't see any roaches or anything dirty. I think they are getting right. IMPORTANT: they have these sharp guards for the mattress that aren't flush with anything and trust and believe SOMETHING will happen to hurt someone's leg. (A few upholstered chairs needed cleaning or recovered but that was the only poor thing I noticed) The lady that checked me in lacked hospitality but the gentleman next to her made up for it. We got 2 bed. 2) There are all the normal room amenities such as: shampoo, conditioner, liquid body soap, liquid hand soap, lotion, hair blow dryer, toilet paper, facial tissue (stiff and hard), coffee maker with room coffee and tea. There's clean white towels, small closet with an ironing board and iron, AC/Heater, dresser, night table, mini fridge and microwave, TV. 3) they have big parking spots for trucks with trailers (they made a section in their parking lot for it) as well as parking spots for smaller/normal size cars. 4) there's a pool, guest laundry room (3rd flr) and little gym (1st flr). 5) there's an ice machine and vending machine. 6) breakfast here on 3/14/2026 consist of premade sliced French toaste, waffle, boiled eggs; 3 different kind of cereals, peach and strawberry Yoplait yogurt, bagels, orange and apple juice options, fresh oranges and bananas, coffee and tea and a few other items. 7) there's a little sitting area within the hotel by the lobby where you can sit quietly to enjoy your meal. 8) there's a small room by the lobby if you need to print something out. There's a computer, printer, and small counch. 9) there are electric charging parking spots. Cons 1) not a big deal. But there's no bible in the room. I miss the days when there were bibles in hotels so you can read it when you're bored. Conclusion I didn't get to interact with any staff, so I have no review about customer service.
