Love this store! They have true thrift store prices and a lot of stuff to look through! I wish they had more consistent hours as I have stopped by a couple times they should have been open to find they are closed but I can understand they are a small business doing their best!! I love that's it's women ran and there is a little play area for the kiddos while you're browsing. They make it easy to consign your items and have always been super friendly. Would love to see this store get a facelift and possibly moved to an area where they wouldn't have to deal with so many homeless since they are near the bottle-drop. Definitely worth checking out if you're expecting or have kiddos!! read more

I have been here a handful of times over the past three years. Every time I go I remember why I don't go regularly. The customer service ranges from okay to disappointing, prices seem high to me (but I may just have an unrealistic expectation based on other reviews), and they charge you to use a card. If you're going to shop here bring cash or you will pay a 4% fee. As the lady pointed out when I opted out of my purchase... "It's only like .40 for every ten dollars." If you're going to take that attitude then you eat the cost instead of passing it on. Either that or build it into your pricing as it is the cost of doing business these days. Not to mention most cc companies do not charge the business that much. read more

Nice inventory, decent prices. This is really close to my house. I used to buy a lot of baby clothes there when I was pregnant but I couldn't stand the employees bad attitude and unprofessionalism. When I brought in my daughter they seemed annoyed a kid was there. Now I drive to the other side of town to another consignment store just for good customer service. read more

DON'T CONSIGN HERE!!! The ladies here have never been nice. I don't understand the attitude we get every time we go in. My husband actually won't go there because the ladies that work there! Plus, pretty sure when you consign here you are not told the truth about your account. I took a tub in with Keens, two pairs and one never worn because my daughter grew out of them too fast, puddle jumpers raincoat and boots, gap, old navy etc....I went in four months later and was told my balance was $8. I'm going to echo others here and say that the customer service is non-existent. When I went in there were only two other customers and the lady behind the counter said nothing to me. When I was looking through carriers she saw me reading directions on various styles yet offered no assistance. When I left I said "thank you" and the woman said nothing. I don't even think she looked up. They have a tv area with a kid gate that is complicated to open. This is right next to the cashier and even though I was struggling with it, the woman offered no help. I finally got it open but when it came time to get my daughter out I just picked her from the other side. And, they have signs up warning you that the kids toys are for buying, NOT playing. Gawd. I suggest you not bring your young kids here. read more

This store is organized, they place good used baby, kids, and maternity wear and items. I buy and consign here. I found good deals on things like baby tubs, bumbos, jackets, dresses, and daiper covers. Also a great place to find leotards and other specialty items. I do not like listing items myself so I consign here. It's nice to get some money back for well cared for items. read more

Went in hoping to find a good local resale store other than goodwill and once upon a child. However the ladies here didn't say hello and ignored us the entire time. The store was dirty and unorganized. We felt really unwelcome and left. Bad customer service, not inviting, and the store just looks very uncared for. read more

Wow!! They had a grand re-opening sale with super crazy prices, prizes, goodies and little hamsters hidden throughout the store with extra discounts - special for the Facebook followers! Rude. They women who work here are rude, unhelpful and just have attitude. I thought the same exact thing about the other location on Lancaster when it was open. I found some cloth diapers, which have a waterproof outer layer called "PUL." If you put a hole in the pul, even a tiny one, it ruins the diapers. They are no longer waterproof. They had put all their tags straight through the PUL. I was trying to be helpful by nicely informing them that in the future, they should put them in the outer tags that don't affect function. I didn't think this would be offensive, since the woman informed me that she knew nothing about cloth diapers. Both women were rude about it and gave me total attitude. I'll stick to once upon a child on Lancaster. Better prices and nicer workers. read more

Staff snapped at my daughter after I instructed my daughter to sit on a bike they were selling and peddle to see if the bike fit her. Before she could even peddle once the staff woman literally snapped at my daughter instructing her not to ride it. I asked calmly how were we suppose to know if the bike is the right fit. Her remark was snide "all you had to do was ask". We left and went down the street to Walmart where they have never growled at my child. Besides the bike incident, near everything on their racks were very worn and it looks like they take anything because I was hard pressed to find anything trending or stylish for my 5 year old daughter. Hmm... First impression is that they don't get a lot of quality items. I would love to get my son some gently used clothes but nothing was cute, and it was all jammed together. The staff was friendly and I'll definitely give them another shot. Prices were absolutely unbeatable. read more

If I could give a lower score I would. While we were in the store shopping a shelf fell on my son. Without an apology or asking if he was alright the owner told him "he needed to be more careful." I understand that things happen, but the way the situation was handled was awful. Hopefully they secure their shelving so this doesn't happen to anyone esle and learn how to react appropriately to customers without blamming them. read more

Fabulous customer service. There were other people in the store and we all got help and our questions answered. I purchased a playpen that seemed complicated.....the owner showed me, detail by detail, how to take it apart, package it up, and set it back up so it was quick and easy at home. I will absolutely shop here again and recommend this to others! read more

I've been in a few times and have not had a good experience. The staff have not been pleasant (unless I was actually purchasing something) and actually were quite rude to my daughter and I the last time I was in. The clothes are jammed together, low quality, and nothing is well displayed. The stuff is cheap, I'll give them that, however, I've been in MUCH better consignment stores. read more
