I had Ryan scheduled to come turn on my sprinklers on and ready for me. When him and his assistant got to my house they noticed that I had some broken sprinkler heads so they starting fixing them. I went inside and next thing I know, I look out the window and he is yelling and swearing that he doesn't have time for this and doesn't have the parts that he needs. I'm surprised he did t wake my neighbors with his tantrum. my father was outside and his anger issues made us both uncomfortable and he is extremely unprofessional as a business owner. After they fixed the heads they didn't adjust my sprinklers correctly so my dad had to go out and do it to fix what they didn't do. He sent his assistant back over to fix a sprinkler head in my front yard and she didnt do it correctly so my dad also had to finish that. His invoice was too much I believe because his assistance was training and clearly didn't know much about sprinklers but I ended up paying the amount he asked because he is crazy and I don't need the trouble. ryan, the owner of this business needs to go to anger management classes and I would never allow him at my home again. If there were a way to post a zero rating, I would do that. I used Mother Nature's Son for my sprinkler system. Apparently, they do both sprinklers and plumbing. When Ryan arrived, I walked him and his assistant around my property to show them where I had sprinklers and drip lines. I showed them the backflow I wanted them to repair. I showed them the valve box, sprinkler box inside and the water turn-off. They clearly were having some trouble with the backflow device. Once that was completed, they were here an hour checking what I thought were all the sprinklers and driplines. They seemed to be in a hurry on the rest of the project. I noticed within an hour of them leaving that the backflow was leaking and making a noise like it was running. I called Ryan back and he came out and fixed it correctly. That was fine. It was an older device and Ryan was clearly training someone. The real issue is that none of the driplines in the back that I pointed out are working at all, so there is no way those were ever checked. I emailed Ryan and he suggested the problem might be the solenoid. Not wanting to take chance, since as a single mom, I had already spent close to $200 with Ryan's company, I had someone else come out and replace the solenoid. None of the driplines in back are still not working and one of the zones in the front is also still not working. After talking to the second sprinkler repair person, it is clear that all of the zones were never checked. The sprinkler box actually has to be rewired, so there is no way, Ryan or his assistant would have seen the faulty zone in the front actually working. I emailed Ryan 3 weeks ago to let him know this and got absolutely no response. I'm also contacting the Better Business Bureau. The customer service with this company is clearly lacking. read more
