He then came down to "repair" the joint leak and made it worse. He hung up the phone on me numerous times and did not make right on his 5 year warranty on parts & labor. I had to get a friend to come down to help me and she knew more about how to fix it than this guy (and she also helped fix another one of his installations). If I could use swear words in this post to describe the situation and my feelings about Kevin, I would. Just be forewarned that he is not an honorable man and will take your money and then walk away and leave you to figure out the problem and cause you to hire someone else to fix his mistakes. They did all the work between the 2 of them, no shoddy team of people accidentally stomping on flower beds. They arrived when they said they would and finished when they said they would. It took only 3 days to finish the work. What sets them apart is their knowledge and professionalism. When a dimension issue was going to increase the overall price, they stopped work, gave us time to make a decision, and then worked with us on the price. They stepped us through the install, explained the in-ground sprinkler parts and pieces, showed us the valves to turn to blow out the system and how to operate the user interface of the sprinkler box. They continued to check up on the progress of our yard to ensure adequate sprinkler coverage. They also offered advice on compost delivery, seeding, watering, and fertilizing our yard. They even returned to til our compost into the yard. This is a landscaping company run by 2 professionals that care about quality and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend!

I'm getting the runaround from this company following an incident that occurred on I-25N, about 12…read moremiles out of Fort Collins, on 8/19/20, while I was traveling cross-country. I was driving in the left lane, and a Long's Peak Landscape truck and trailer were in the right lane. In a bumpy construction zone, a rock flew from their vehicle and struck the hood and windshield of my car, causing damage to both. My daughter was in the passenger seat, and she was able to grab some photos quickly, before the truck exited the freeway. One photo clearly shows another loose rock on the trailer. Being in the left lane, I wasn't able to follow the truck off the freeway, but I called the company at my next rest stop. The very kind receptionist assured me they would take care of the damage, and she asked me to send photos and full information, which I did immediately. They asked me to get a repair estimate, which I provided to them after I arrived home in CA. After 2 weeks passed with no response, I reached out again and was told to file a claim with my insurance company, which would then work with their insurance company for a resolution. Three months have now passed. My insurance company has been reaching out repeatedly, and Long's Peak has refused to put them in touch with their insurance so we can resolve this. My insurance company says there's nothing else they can do if Long's Peak won't cooperate. Now I am faced with living with the damage to my 2 year old car OR paying the $1000 deductible to get the damage repaired myself. Long's Peak Landscape was irresponsible in operating a vehicle with loose rocks on it, on public roads. I'm contacting an attorney to see what it will take to get this settled.

I asked that they let me know when they were coming, nothing. They supposedly came and did stuff when I wasn't home. They started up my sprinkler system but I still have not gotten the assessment. I do not recommend this company at all. No follow through and I think they don't do half the stuff they charge for. I hired them to thin out a large locust tree in my backyard which had not been trimmed in 18 years and the lowest part of the canopy was dying due to a fungus infection. Nicolas came by the day after I called and provided a very comprehensive and competitive estimate. Two days later, he and Riley were able to start the work. The job was bigger than expected once they uncovered the full extent of the dead branches but they advised me of the best course of action and completed the job with no issues. They fully cleaned up the job site and hauled away a significant amount of dead branches. The tree looks fantastic with no signs of infection. I will use Winning Landscaping again as I need other tree work and landscaping done. They are reliable, thorough and very good to work with which can be very tough to find these days.
