It took me sharing a joke with her and reaching out to her initially to receive better customer service. I didn't buy much. Just $9.20 for a magnet and a sticker. Was able to pay cash. They have your seat yourself and when you're ready to cash out, just head up to the register and they'll take care of you. The burgers were not only delicious, but they were quite large.
