The lady was so passive aggressive with me, I wouldn't spend a dime in there. I simply asked for a bra fitting and she asked if I would be looking to purchase a bra? I said well first I'd like to get fitted and see what options you have which honestly didn't look like much. She snarkyingly said well we have more inventory in the back, what kind of bra are you looking for? I mentioned the style and then asked what the price range was and when she said $70, I knew I had come to the wrong place. I don't think they realize the economy we're in and how customer service goes a long way. A true salesperson would never approach the sale the way she did. The nice nasty attitude needs to go! This isn't the type of service people expect to have when they come into a small shop like this, do better. Well luckily, I don't mind the drive and went to Nordstrom and caught a great sale on the bras that they would have charged full price for and the lady happily measured me and I purchased 4 bras for only $128! I love when people have great customer service, I will spend money when you're nice!

Kelly was every the professional, adjusting this and that to help me find the perfect fit. The bra was a little on the pricy side but it fits like a dream. The most comfortable, flattering under garment I have ever owned. Shop local! Go in and give the ladies a chance. They have some inventory on hand but will order anything they can for you. As I left, I was thanked by everyone, I felt like they were very sincere in their appreciate for my patronage.

At Bridal Expos and online, you usually get bombarded with the chain Menswear places to do your business with for your wedding day (like I did). The styles at these places were bland and I wanted something different. I stumbled upon Sam Michael's and from my first visit (of probably 5 or 6 in total), I was hooked! Walking in here for the first time, I didn't know what to expected. I explained that I was getting married, and 8 groomsmen and 2 parents that needed suits. I was sat down and shown all of my different rental options, which included suits, tuxes, pants, ties, shoes and other accessories. So many decisions, but I was granted the ability to stay there and think carefully, but also explained to that I can change it as many times as I want up to a month or so before the wedding date. Attached are some pictures of the suit I picked for myself and my groomsmen. It was a brand new suit in their inventory that they personally owned, as well as the color choice for my accents (pocket square and tie). Michael and team were very professional through the entire process. We had multiple texts and phone calls back and forth during my moving of our wedding date as well as when my accent color was discontinued. After the wedding was all said and done, I was granted a $500 shopping spree on a suit set of my choice. That was really exciting and I got a nice blue, checkered patterned suit. Initially the suit was advertised to me as "slightly more expensive" but better quality and service than competitors. After we allocated our wedding finances after we got married, at Sam Michael's, I actually spent LESS than what I budgeted and LESS than a competitor I was initially going to go with. Totally worth it here! Thank you Mike and team for everything! I felt like family every time I walked in. No errors or resizing for any of us during our pick ups.

I had heard about it, but I had my regular places I went to for suits and nice clothes. I know where I will go from now on. There are so many brands of outstanding fashion designers for men there and the selection was endless. Everything was very reasonably priced. The colors and patterns were not typical of navy, black, and tan. They jumped right off the clothes. There were bright, vivacious colors that you don't see at Brooks Brothers or Bacharach. The only thing more impressive than the selection and quality of the clothing was the service I received. OMG, Wendy not only knew all the brands, how they fit, and what sizes were available, but it was like she could read my mind about what went well together and what would be comfortable for me. It was like she knew my measurements by just looking at me. The only issue I had was that I didn't allow myself enough time. I purchased some shoes; I was not walking out empty-handed, but I definitely will be coming back again, and again, and again. The thing I really enjoyed and appreciated was Wendy's attitude. She was dressed to the 9's, very professional, she knew the products in and out, she was informative and not salesy or pushy. I felt very comfortable and trusted her advice. By the way she was dressed, I knew she had the kind of taste I like in clothing. Sharp, neat, respectful, but also fun. If I'm honest, the cherry on the sundae was her smile. She looked happy to be there and like she enjoyed her profession. It's hard in retail to find a salesperson in a store, period, one that wants to be there and is helpful, good luck. If you're new to the boot game, trust me it's a process to find the right pair. I was greeted by an amazing young lady who took the time to show me the ropes. This store is HUGE!!!!! I couldn't believe the selection of boots and clothing. Believe it or not, I found two pair and every cowgirl needs a few pairs....right?!!! Luckily for me these boots were a gift because they most certainly are not cheap, but they sure are cute! Now time to break them in with some line dancing! Hahaa

I would definitely use the for rental we're again though!
