In the beginning they acted like they would work with my child's teacher when necessary but their worksheets didn't remotely go along with the local school curriculum and we were only allowed to use part of the tutoring time to go over areas of strugle with current schoolwork. no more than half the session could be used to help with understanding homework or reviewing Problem areas before a test. In short, if you have money to burn mathnasium is ok but for most of us this is a lot of money. I have found by asking around We could dig up a tutor for a lot less money and without getting stuck into a contract. The best tutor Mathnaium had was a high school student.
