I'm filled with gratitude that Raul explained every detail with me since I'm still new to this . Not only was he pleasant and funny but made my overall experience easy to shop since he was there guiding me through every step . Also the store manager Olga ( I believe that's her name , but I'm so bad with remembering names and should have written it down ) was very helpful as well with explaining every detail . Was my favorite place to come and exchange my wic coupons. But this place doesnt check there milk. This is my second time I get spoil milk from them. Which I purchase and they didnt exchange it due to not having a receipt. Who keeps their receipts? Especially thinking that this people check their product. At this place they were able to see I exchanged my wic coupons but not the purchase I made with my card.. this is stupid for not bothering to really look into it. Please check your your milk before hand. For sure not going here anymore. Rather due the extra drive to the store in mc clay street. P.S. I WENT BACK TODAY AND SPOKE WITH THE ASSISTANT MANAGER (KEVIN) AND HE PERSONALLY TOLD ME "YOU DONT NEED A RECEIPT TO EXCHANGE THE MILK." The employees are usually pretty friendly when I come here, except for one girl in particular who never smiles, seems like she hates her job by the look on her face, I thought the point of her bringing the stuff to your car was to help you put the items in, well on more then one occasion that same "hates her job" employee would just stand there and watch me place the items inside my trunk while I'm holding my baby on my hip, I love the fact that they are only minutes away from my house but hate that this girl is always there when I go. Maybe next time I will request this same employee doesn't help me! read more

I would come here to get my stuff since my baby was born. But today I went and as I was walking in all I hear are the cashiers talking about how some girl named Silvia doesn't approve their sick hours and how one cashier is going to call off. I tell the cashier I want everything except milk. I tell her I wanted my baby formula and vegetables and juice. And as the girl attending me goes and gets the formula another worker tells her " she told me she only wanted vegetables" and they both laughed. LIKE GIRL IF YOU WOULD OF STOPPED TALKING ABOUT HOW MUCH YOU HATE YOUR WET HAIR YOU WOULD ACTUALLY HAVE UNDERSTOOD WHAT I SAID. If this is how you treat customers I'm going elsewhere. You guys obviously hired girls out of HS that have no experience with customer service. You guys should hire people who ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK. And that attend customers instead of gossiping. read more

This store has a serious training issue when it come to customer service. I feel the interactions with staff is very robotic in which they interact with customers. Been here several times hoping to service will improve. When checking balance on card, I had a hard time seeing instructions as there was a glare from the over head light and print was fine for me. The worker started talking aloud saying, "Following the instructions" and saying it over again in a condescending tone. I replied I cannot see it and she came over and just started doing it for me, I think staff need to keep in mind there are various reasons someone is having a hard time a to be little more tactful on there approach. read more

I dont like the vibes when I walk in. They dont greet you at all or make any eye contact with you and seem like they are miserable. I hate shopping for my items at a regular store and this is the closest I have near me. Today was the 2nd time coming in after about 3 years since I'm pregnant now and the 1st time I came back i thought it was just me because it's been a while and not only that girl didnt help just watched me put my items inside my car. The 2nd time again your employees being miserable and not making eye contact and pointing at the items with and giving me a wrong item which I didnt chose didnt notice cause the person wasnt even speaking loud and I just wanted to get out of there. Customer service was a priority back then what happened ? I used to work here before and dont remember it was like that at all we had conversations with customers and were happy what happened ??? read more

I went in to this location because it was close to my daughters dental office. I walk in and no greeting from the employees. JENNIFER who completed my transaction was rude, she had an attitude and didn't really seem like she wanted to be there. She rushed to complete my transaction, usually at the end of your purchase they go over your food items and today that wasn't done. When helping me out to my car she threw everything into the trunk roughly. When I got home I began putting my groceries away and noticed she forgot my lentils. I don't recommend this location due to poor costumer service. read more

Everytime I come in to this store everyone is so helpful. They greet you, help you in a timely manner, and help you take produce to your car. They do it all. I've never had a negative experience shopping here. Staff members are trained well! read more
