    Flower / plant section
    Emily A.

I was in the area and decided to stop by since I needed to refill my baby carrot stock for my dog who is obsessed with carrots! I found parking easily, it was around 10 am on a weekday which probably is why it was easy to find a space, but the lot is a bit cramped appearing and I can imagine when it's later in the day it would be hard to find a spot. I loved the spaciousness of the inside of the store and that it was easy to find what I was looking for. I browsed all the aisles and then went to pay and the staff who assisted me were friendly and assisted me with smiles. I brought my own bags and they were able to put all my items in the two bags perfectly. I would definitely come back again and shop here next time my dog's carrots are running low! Oh I almost forgot to mention the flower / plant section. When you enter the store, you are greeted to the left with such a wide array of beautiful flowers and plants! Everything appears vibrant and good quality. I found a really gorgeous purple calalily that I couldn't say no to because purple flowers are my favorite color. I have so many white lillies growing in my back yard that even if I pull them out they keep regrowing, so I'm hoping I can plant these purple ones and have them spread and give some beautiful purple contrast to the white ones!

I visited early enough to be able to find parking closer to the store and found more fall goodies inside. I bought two mini brooms cinnamon infused, bought more pumpkin related food items, pastries, even ravioli. Store is nice inside, they have cool decorations to go along with the current season. Check out was quick and efficient, I appreciate the staff assisting in packing up my food items in my bags. Will be coming back soon to stash up on the pumpkin everything goodies.

Twice now *recently* I have brought home expired produce in bags. You open the bag, and it's almost toxic how it smells. I have contacted the company email about the mold we found on our NEW (expiring in 2026) fruit leather buttons almost 2 weeks ago now, and haven't heard back. There are some definite food safety concerns. I will now only go for frozen & flowers.

extremely kind service, I tend to find more exotic flowers at this location. I'm constantly making charcuterie boards whenever I shop at Trader Joe's, the cheese section is always a hit but their rosemary Asiago is delicious. parking wise, it's a hit or miss, shop early in the morning if you can.

What a pleasure it's to do my groceries at the north Hollywood location. Everything is neatly placed and the service is excellent, especially Ben at the register, he shows what customer care is all about. Thank you Ben once again.

Great location at NoHo West with many eateries nearby. There are always plenty of cashiers and fully-stocked items at this one. Parking can be found in the parking structure or on either side of the store.

I usually come to this location after the gym since it's so convenient. There is plenty of parking in the parking structure and parking lot. However, the parking lot can get crazy. The store is very spacious. The aisles are wide so that's nice. The produce is fresh and they keep a good stock of their items. There's a great selection of wines and groceries. The staff is always very helpful and welcoming.

I stopped by this Trader Joe's inside Noho West and I will say avoid parking in the private lot there if you can. You're better off parking in the parking structure because the lot where Trader Joe's at, is always backed up. The store is not that big but it works for them. When you walk inside, the veggies and produce are in the front. The wines and meat are toward the back of the store. Everything else is in the middle. There are staff throughout the store and they are very helpful if you need any help.

The Service: Staffs are polite & efficient. Good customer service. The Store: It's located at NoHoWest. What a beautiful new development! Not only Trader Joe's here, they have LA fitness, Regal Theater, restaurants and retail stores. Well organized and maintained store. Many staffs at the counters and on the floor. There are residential buildings nearby. Super convenient! The Parking: Parking lot right in front of the store and parking structure (free)

Kroger brand is always the best bargain because it's the parent company of Ralphs. With everything in my digital shopping cart, I checkout and order pickup for free the next day. An employee at this Ralphs finds everything for me and bags it up. They bring it to designated parking spots on the lower level. I very much appreciate this personal shopping service. In the app, make sure to select this Ralphs location for the greatest selection, as it is one of the best in Sherman Oaks. Your shopping Items are kept in a special refrigerated section, so it stays fresh until you arrive to pickup (according to the employee who brought me my groceries last time). If you do end up going inside this Ralphs to shop for yourself, it's one of the nicest ones I've been to in the Valley. Thank you to all employees who make this Ralphs excellent.

But don't worry, I could go pick them up at some random time tomorrow (I work an office job, that doesn't work for me) so instead of guessing when I might get groceries, I contacted customer service to help me cancel. Well only the store can cancel the order, so I got to waste 45 minutes with them only to have to go in and deal with this myself. Why have a customer service line if they literally can't do anything?

I called the Seafood Department to place an order for some fried fish. I had called last Friday around 7:30 p.m. to order fish, but it was too late. Anyway, Adrian (sorry if I misspelled your name, sir) answered the phone and was very polite and courteous while taking my order. Now, this is a "you buy, we fry" service inside a grocery store, so I wasn't quite sure if I could call in an order. But after my last visit, where I placed an order and walked around the store while the fish was frying, I honestly didn't see why they wouldn't allow it. I originally wanted catfish fillets, but they were out. Adrian offered catfish nuggets as a substitute, but I passed. I then asked for red snapper or rockfish, but they had neither. I moved on to cod, but at $19.99 a pound, I said, "Not today." Finally, he told me they had tilapia for $10.99 a pound, so I ordered two pounds. He asked what seasoning I wanted, and I told him I wanted to try all three -- Cajun, lemon pepper, and one other that I can't remember. He told me it would be ready in 12 minutes, and when I arrived 12 minutes later, it was ready! It was fresh, hot, and delicious. I could hardly wait to get back home and eat it all lol. I will definitely be back next weekend. Thanks again, Adrian. :-)

I picked up a few items tonight, and one item missed the mark. * The Bad -- Hard Rice: The pickled pear baked salmon onigiri had a tough, dry texture. * Food : The package label showed the rice ball was already three days old. * High Price: It cost nearly $7 for stale food that I could not finish. Their prices are high. Head to the Valley's Japanese grocery store like Mitsuwa in Northridge for sushi or a Korean grocery store like Greenland Market in Van Nuys for prepared food made the same day at lower prices. The Good: * The spam musubi was made the same day and tasted fresh. * The butter mochi was delicious. Final Thoughts: I expected fresh food made that morning. Selling three-day-old rice balls at this price is unacceptable. I will not return because they sell items past their prime. I would not buy their sushi based on my experience as it might be old as well.

Parking is super easy and convenient. You just drive up the ramp, go through the gate (it opens automatically), and there's no ticket needed. You even get one hour free, which is a huge plus. There's plenty of parking both underground and at street level in the Citrus Commons complex. I'm a big fan of Trader Joe's in general and shop here every week. What makes this store special is the selection -- you can find so many unique products that you won't see in other grocery chains, including a lot of European-style foods. Some of our favorites are eggplant spread, sauerkraut, frozen sweet cheese pancakes (blinchiki), pork dumplings, and many other great items. Prices are reasonable (around average), especially considering the quality and uniqueness of the products. The staff here is incredibly friendly -- honestly, one of the nicest teams I've seen in any grocery store. The atmosphere is always welcoming, clean, and easy to navigate. Another great bonus: there are actually two Trader Joe's stores right across the street from each other on Riverside Drive. This newer location is bigger, brighter, and has even more variety. Approached this one older man and asked him if he could make me a bowl of Poke, he said no, you have to do it yourself and as I was still talking, he kept walking away from me. Poke looked very fresh along with all the other toppings and ingredients. Just by looking at it, it was super OVERWHELMING! He had nothing else to do, because he had both of his hands behind his back and just walking around. If he wanted to to help me, then he would have. This was on the morning of 7/17/26 a little before 9AM. On the other hand, Tony, who worked the Sushi Bar, in the same seafood department, saw what happened and apologized on Mario's behalf. The fridge for Sushi and other ready made fish items was EMPTY. Tony asked me what is it that he can do/make for me? I replied Spicy Tuna roll. He even wanted to know how many pieces? I told him 8. Right away he went back into the kitchen and made me what I have requested. For 8 pieces was only (12.99). Not a bad price. Came back and handed me the Sushi. Got home and tasted the food and it was very fresh and delicious. Next aisle that I visited was their frozen section. Needed to buy few waffles. There were 2 guys, that absolutely refused to help me. Wouldn't even let me speak. So, I looked around and found the waffles that I was NOT looking for. I wanted the Belgian Waffles and didn't see any. Got the Vans brand Power Grain Protein waffles, and gluten free Original Waffles. So for 4 waffles together came out to be $18.89 with tax. Next disappointment was, went to check out and there was no one at the registers. Waited for like 5 minutes, until this woman came and turned the light on for register # 4. Couldn't catch her name. Store was in a very nice condition, very clean, and fully stocked. They have everything from A to Z. Nice music was playing overhead. They have a very nice, big, 2 sections of patio/outside seating and every now and then, if you are lucky, you may find some items from everywhere that is on sale! They also have an inside seating by the flower area, and all around. Free parking, Wells Fargo ATM machine, and 2 gender neutral restrooms. I practically covered everything and more.
