Have a sticker of a feature product, open the product as soon as purchased, immediately go right back in and the purchaser discussing how he losing money by assisting me when just purchasing this featured item. So now it's up for an debate when I am a smoker daily. I understand how new products should be. It was shifting from a concern of my purchase to a debate. I simply ask for next steps to get the damage product exchanged, even for something less expensive and there was no resolution to my concern. This is sad for the owner and the team.
