I cannot recommend Avi with TeamWork Designs enough. I have now worked with Avi twice, first to…read morerenovate my kitchen and then again to renovate both my upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. There is a reason I came back to him for a second project. From start to finish, Avi is organized, communicative, dependable, and genuinely delivers on what he promises. Renovations can be stressful, but Avi makes the process feel manageable because he is clear, responsive, and always keeps you updated on what is happening and what to expect next. Before choosing TeamWork Designs, I spoke with 4 to 5 other contractors. Several would not even consider my project because they felt it was not "big enough," which was frustrating because I live in a townhome and the size of the project is obviously out of my control. Avi never made me feel that way. With him, no job feels too big or too small. He treated my home and my projects with the same level of care and importance you would hope for from any great contractor. His pricing is competitive, and the team he brings in is excellent. Everyone I interacted with, from the demo team to the electricians, painters, and other trades, was friendly, professional, and trustworthy. That matters so much when you have people working inside your home. On top of all of that, Avi is incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely great to be around. He takes pride in his work, cares about the details, and clearly wants his clients to be happy with the final result. I am so grateful I found TeamWork Designs and would absolutely work with Avi again in the future.

My experience with this company was disappointing. Before hiring, I recommend asking to speak with…read moreprior clients and reviewing completed projects similar to the scope of work you are considering. The team appeared comfortable working on bathroom renovations; however, the shower diverter was not installed correctly, which caused the handle to be improperly aligned. We later hired a licensed plumber to inspect and correct the issue. Overall, the quality of work did not meet our expectations. Some aspects of the workmanship appeared rushed, and based on our experience, I would recommend exercising caution with detail-oriented tasks such as wood staining, drywall, painting, or door hardware installation. This project did not go as smoothly as anticipated, and I would not choose to work with this company again.

In June, I was excited to bring one of the designers to my home to help with some updates: wall paper, furniture and carpeting included. However, when she arrived she seemed, to put it nicely, unfriendly and aloof. I showed her around. We talked about what was on my wishlist and I gave her a budget. She offered no on the spot ideas, and was relatively quiet. She took photos, told me that she had a big project wrapping up in July and wouldn't be able to get to me until then. I said that was fine but I was really looking forward to her help. Y'all, I never heard from her again. So disappointed. I will likely still shop there myself, but it's unfortunate that this business didn't want my project, or apparently my budget.

On October 10, 2022, the chair stuck in the recline position and would not go down. What followed was a five-week experience with Decorum that was at the least frustrating, and at the most, condescending. Ultimately, the chair, which was under warranty from Fairfield, was repaired and returned to us on November 18. I won't go into all of the detail of the back and forth with Decorum but the main point is this: we were made to feel like the enemy. There was never an expression of regret for th failure of this product nor a call from management to say we're sorry this happened. We initiated almost all communication, having to persist to find out when the chair would be repaired and returned. In fact, it felt like Decorum was mad at us for having this problem. If you want to shop for upscale home furnishings, Decorum is your store. If you want to deal with people who are genuine and who make you feel they care about your business, go elsewhere. In fact, the store staff could take lessons from their delivery team; they were courteous, good-humored and a pleasure to meet. Our greatest hope is that the Fairfield recliner does not break down again, or we will be back to square one with Decorum.

Avri was able to get them scheduled right away. He kept them informed every step of the process. Avri did a great job! Jose was our contractor. It only took him a few days to complete the job. He really took his time and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend Together Design & Build. They were prompt, professional, and the price was fair. We would definitely use them again.

[UPDATE TO THE BELOW REVIEW: This evening (Dec. 2nd) I received a call from Ido the owner, which I…read morefound highly offensive as it came after Ido reported that I lied about my experience to the BBB. The owner refuses to take responsibility in public, while sending nicer emails in private and trying to phone . . . this is /deception/ on a stick. You do not say one thing in public and in private say "I didn't really mean that." Ido is upset this negative review and would like it gone, but is unwilling to apologize or be truthful. I'll be updating all my social media reviews according. You'll notice that there are a sudden rash of bad reviews, not just from me. Do business with this guy at your risk.] I have tried to use this company twice. Both times, appointments were easy to set-up and Maria (not sure how to spell her name) was kind, helpful, and lovely. I had a minor flood and needed a company to work with my home insurance for the repairs. "Together Design" was one of four contractors I consulted, all with excellent reviews here and on Google. Avri the project manager was courteous and helpful, and was the last estimate I needed for the insurance company. I waited some weeks, but an estimate never came. I finally called the Avri's phone number on the caling card he cave me (I think I woke him up, sounded groggy at first). Avri said that my expectation for an estimate was misguided, and that he's being doing this job for quite a while. He said that the way "Together Design" works is that they only provided an estimate once I hired them. I said this is backwards, that I am to receive estimates and select the company I felt comfortable with in consultation with my adjuster. Avri stared to make excuses, none of which addressed my concern--that to consider them, I needed an estimate. I found his customer service quite rude: he kept cutting me off, he would not listen, he was defensive, made excuses, and so on. He stressed his experience, to which I responded three other contractors have already provided estimates and I was waiting for his. Avri said estimate-first is not how they do business, but he would get an estimate to my adjuster ASAP anyway. After a few days without an estimate, I went with another contractor. Maria called to follow up, and I told her my issues. She asked if I could give them another chance, I said not at the time, as time was of the essence and I needed the work to start yesterday. Disappointing, but I was ready to move on. Flash forward five months later, and I haired a crooked contractor who I am now unfortunately suing (cannot review them yet until that suit moves forward). I remembered Maria asking if I could give them another chance, so I decided to call again. Like the first time, communication was clear, easy, and Maria was very easy to work with. I was asked if I wanted to work with Avri again, and I said absolutely not given how poorly he handed the first time. Days later, however, I received a phone call and Maria said she was "calling with news." After she shared with the project managers my videos and photographs, they concluded my "scope" of my project was "not a good fit." I asked if it was "too small" or "two large" of a job. She said, "uhhhh . . . legally I can't say." I found this quite odd. She apologized, expressed wanting to help, but it was not something they are willing to do. I asked again why, and she would not say. Perhaps it was because I did /not/ want to work with Avri, but another PM. As I was about to post this review, I received a message from "Ido" who said their company /only/ takes on remodels from "start to finish." This was the first I have heard this excuse, it's certainly not mentioned in their advertising. If this were truly the case, I should have been told this upfront so I did not waste my time again. Maria asked I give them a second chance, and I did. This is a private business, and it's their right to turn down any client. Absolutely. It's also my right to report my experience. I'm trying to be careful not to be too judgement, but not being "legally" able to tell me why they wouldn't take the job the second time appears deceitful, as does "Ido's" explanation they /now/ only do start-to-finish remodels. Your milage may vary.

She came to the house while we were still packing and it was full of boxes and clutter. It was really hard to even imagine how we could make it look perfect for appealing to buyers at first sight. Beth's talented designer eyes saw the possibilities in the first 5 minutes. She walked through the house letting us know what furniture and accessories to keep and what to pack away. Then, she recommended a color palette that blended perfectly with the interior of the house and even the outdoor views from our living room windows. On staging day, it was like Beth came in with a magic wand. She showed up with an amazing variety of pillows, accessories, plants, art pieces, lamps, etc. that she started setting throughout the house and transforming every room with a unique touch, yet a unified style. The house looked fantastic and our objective was met...We got multiple offers, above asking price, on the first 3 days in the market! I highly recommend Beth for any staging or design project. I'm definitely hiring her to help with the interior design in our new home. Great design, superb service, just when you need it the most
