My fiancé started here as the first place we happened to go into while looking for engagement rings (since he proposed with a "dummy ring" and wanted me to pick exactly what I wanted). We were referred by a family friend to come but never having looked for rings before we were open to anywhere we found the right ring. We worked with Bobbi - who is PHENOMENAL. We love her, she was incredibly customer centric and was very knowledgeable, kind and informative. My fiancé and I ended up creating a custom ring together with the help of Bobbi and the jewelry designer (name eludes me sorry! My fiancé worked with him most!). My ring is INCREDIBLE! More than what I could've imagined and more special than anything I could've found in any basic store. Everywhere I go I get compliments on my ring - you can't miss it and that was really never the intention but I'm not mad because it is so incredibly special and I love telling the story of how it all came together. I had a gold name bracelet made in Mexico that my son outgrew. The bracelet was handmade and I had no idea how we would make it bigger. I took it to Motif, where my mom has her wedding ring fixed. They made a custom mold of each link of his bracelet and handmade additional links to add to the bracelet. Upon returning to pick it up, the owner was so kind and thorough in his explanation of how he created it, and his assessment of the bracelet. He even refunded me some money back because it cost him less than he originally quoted me. His craftsmanship was great and his service was wonderful. Best customer service ever. Excellent selection of beautiful jewelry, and only the most quality gems, as one of the few jewelers in the area that offer the coveted "Forevermark" diamonds. Also, while researching a jeweler I found that in the immediate area the GIA website only recommended Motif. I ordered a custom piece, and when my complicated design posed some structural issues, they were extremely helpful in offering other options or even offering a refund if I wasn't satisfied. I truly feel they care about the customer experience and they want you to love your jewelry. They are absolutely no pressure for sales, and extremely educated about their gems. They don't try to talk you into something they want to sell, they help you find what you want to buy. They also stand behind their work with a warranty and affordable insurance.
