Before ordering one, she said she would first get in a few different shaped stones in order to know best ring design for me to choose from; she informed me that she would have them in early to mid-next week and call me when they did. That was two weeks ago. My thinking is, if making a $2,500+ sale was not important enough for Skylar to call the customer back, at least with an update, then my money is not good enough for Milkins Jewelers. Very poor business practice. There are plenty of other jewelers in the downriver area to choose from; I recommend you go to one of those others for better service.

I trust them so much that I've purchased items (including diamonds) sight-unseen because I know what they are describing to me is spot-on and they know what I will like. From the owners to the staff, they know you by name and always make you feel at home whenever you come in. They've been there for literally generations (3rd generation now?), and have a wonderful reputation for friendly service and great products over those decades in business. It includes damage, shipping, resizing, etc and because we bought it, our resizing was included. The store is beautiful, clean, and there are lots of goodies everywhere to enjoy while you shop.
