I have been to the Norwood Location and Norfolk depending on the issue and always been very satisfied. This was an extremely painful recovery which involved breaking through scar tissue, and getting my knee to bend from 30 degrees, back to full motion. Stephen was outstanding! When the pain got rough, he was great at distracting me or at least making me laugh and not focus so much on my leg. The moments when I felt like I'd never recover he was great at being encouraging, while remaining honest. He spends a lot of time answering any questions, and I never felt rushed. I honestly can't believe the progress I've made, it seemed so impossible but Stephen got me through. You will not regret having PT here. Jodie and Diane at the front desk are also so kind and helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure you have the appointments you need, and that your insurance is all in order. Megan and Emily were professional, caring and supportive. They knew when to push and when to back off a bit when I was just having a rough day. The location is 2 minutes from my home, they have lots of parking and the people there are very nice. They wear masks still which I like that they are still cautious with covid. The minor things that make it 4 stars for me instead of 5: they tend to get busy at times so 1 therapist may have 3 patients. They still do their best to pay attention to you but there may be times where you will not have anything to do for a minute or two. However their sessions are 1 hour long compared to many places that are 30 minutes and the 30 minutes includes the time you spend there to schedule your next appointment so in essence you are getting 25 minutes at other places. Here the scheduling is done after your 1 hour session. Also their appointment reminder is an email just 24 hours before your appointment, where I would like it to be a week before. Ideal is places that have a week reminder and a patient portal where you can login and check your appointments. Having several doctors I have to visit each month, I've come to realize that, that is one of the best features for medical facilities. Overall a good place to go of you need physical therapy.
