Inna never applies a cookie cutter approach to solve the issue. She takes the extra steps to figure out the best approach and will adjust the treatment as needed. She really digs in looking for the cause of pain and discomfort then applies an INDIVIDUAL plan. She also takes the time to verbally and visually explain the root of the problem and why there is pain and discomfort. As you start to improve, she will re-test and adjust the treatment/routine to ensure proper healing. She loves what she does and really cares about her patients - she goes above and beyond. I will never go elsewhere for physical therapy.

I cannot recommend them highly enough! Katie, Mike, and the rest of the staff were amazing. The office and facilities were always extremely clean. They had lots of different equipment and exercise stations for me to receive lots of different treatment. They did a great job adjusting my treatment as my recovery moved along. After following their detailed program for many months, I was able to fully recover and my surgeon cleared me to resume all my prior activities. Very attentive to your needs. My surgeon was very impressed with the progress I have made with this facility. J.P. is a great therapist and a pleasure to work with. I legit had a panic attack at the trouble it was finding anything at all on class pass, let alone good yoga, barre, and spin. Like literally I was malfunctioning and this happens everytime I come to town. The boutique fitness here is not even mid, I know it's the suburbs but it sucks and throws me off my fitness routine everytime I come home. Plus I eat all the shit I don't eat where I live here, fucking town spa and bullshit. I just can't. Googled yoga after not being able to book a 9:30 class somewhere like near Dedham idk. I really don't remember this area. Ummm. I totally forgot I used to come here the first years they were open and I was like early years of college. (20 yrs ago wtf) anyway this place really was the catalyst to my fitness journey. I was wicked lazy and silly, and just kind of fucked around bc I didn't and still don't know how to use weights, and was really a dancer, however; I loveee group fitness. This place only got better!! The instructors are fucking amazing, I sucks at names but the barre teacher wow! Slay queen,. I needed that. Barre in LA could use you. And Gail is a g!! Love her. I travel by commuter rail everyday, and going up the stairs at Canton Junction to get the train was getting harder and harder with the pain that I was enduring. I am so grateful to Dave, Rick, Gonzalo, and the rest of the staff for working with me and giving me that refreshing pain free life again. The location is 2 minutes from my home, they have lots of parking and the people there are very nice. They wear masks still which I like that they are still cautious with covid. The minor things that make it 4 stars for me instead of 5: they tend to get busy at times so 1 therapist may have 3 patients. They still do their best to pay attention to you but there may be times where you will not have anything to do for a minute or two. However their sessions are 1 hour long compared to many places that are 30 minutes and the 30 minutes includes the time you spend there to schedule your next appointment so in essence you are getting 25 minutes at other places. Here the scheduling is done after your 1 hour session. Also their appointment reminder is an email just 24 hours before your appointment, where I would like it to be a week before. Ideal is places that have a week reminder and a patient portal where you can login and check your appointments. Having several doctors I have to visit each month, I've come to realize that, that is one of the best features for medical facilities. Overall a good place to go of you need physical therapy.
