They also gave me a ride from the hotel to their dealership the morning after I came in. The transaction was seemed less, and they were wonderful to deal with. It happened again this morning and they refuse to pay for the tow. Inexcusable! Our car was dead in the water last time, and they set me up with Cierra Towing go get the car out of the garage and into McGavock (the only Nissan game in town if you don't want to have to leave Amarillo). Cierra damaged my garage and I am in the process of suing them. I guess birds of a feather... We have only one car and my wife needs to go to the hospital today. On top of everything, they never did any quality assurance on the car prior to selling it to me. The temperature control does not work at all and the best they can do is to offer me another car, but in the past, they have only offered a model that we are not interested in. Don't EVER do business -- if you can even call it that -- with these horse's asses. I just spoke to Christopher in service, who told me the car started when it got there. Liar! Ricky's towing service stated that the car would not start, either at pickup or upon delivery. Tis piece of crap Christopher no longer wants our business since his company can't hold up their end of the bargain. PURE UNADULATERATED SHIT!!!

I decided…read moreto buy it because it looked like a great deal but just before I was about to pay for it I found out it was being sold to me "as is" with no warranty or any of the perks you get from buying a certified pre-owned car. I only found out only because I decided to review the deal just before it was finalized. They said the computer makes that mistake all the time. Really? So they knew all along there is a problem with their listings but didn't think to warn me the car was not a certified pre-owned vehicle until I asked specifically what the warranty still covered? Then I was offered a third party limited warranty for $2,200. You bet I felt angry and misled so i walked out on the deal. As I write this that car is still listed as a certified pre-owned car three days later.
