Chip that "caused the crack" that wasn't there when we brought it.

My wife took her car for its first wash and left with a cracked windshield. When she took it back the manager claimed that the chip was already there and the heater fan caused the crack. A) there wasn't a chip there. B) if you are claiming you saw it before the wash and it's known that the heater blower causes crack maybe you should warn the customer. I was at work and couldn't go up there, but became she's a women he figured he could say anything. Ive done car sales for many years and seen a lot of rock chips and a random flying item would not put two perfect chips like that. Luckily we have windshield replacement insurance. But if you don't want to pay $1500 for a new windshield I'd stay away from here.

The best place to get your car washed and detailed in the metro east is Auto Spa! I have been coming to Auto Spa for many years. Why do I come back? Because I know that when I leave, my car will look like it just came from the dealer. A clean car always drives better and makes you feel proud of the vehicle that you drive. The employees do a phenomenal job with the detail of the vehicle! They are also quite honest too. I have never had anything disappear. I will continue to take my car to Auto Spa for years to come. I get so many compliments from others when they ride along with me.

My car prior and after the owner/car wash damaged my car

I visited Autospa 8/10/22. Worst decision ever! I only gave it one star because the system forced me to. I was notified while I sat inside that there had been an incident when my car went through the wash. A piece of the cloth was stuck under my luggage rack. The cloth was approximately 11 inches. The manager that day was baffled because we couldn't see how it was stuck. My car was intact and he kept stating that the owner sees this all the the time and he knows how the problem would be resolved. After trying to catch up with owner several times in person he finally called. He then asked that I bring my car in to have it removed because he (the owner) knew how. This was after two of the managers were scared to touch it knowing it would damage my vehicle. Feeling that he was in good faith I brought it by the shop on 8/15/22. He texted me and requested me to do so. So he drove my car off into the bay and brought it back with the cloth removed and damaged as well. He then proceeded to tell me to put adhesive or double sided tape on my car (that he damaged). I contacted him after he told me to have it looked at for corrective action and once he saw the price he (the owner) started back peddling and sending me pictures of my car stating it was damaged when I brought it. It clearly was not and the picture shows it. Such dishonesty and shows he is not a trustworthy business to support. I am taking this fraudulent action further. Please reach out if you have been scammed by this business owner as well. He damaged my vehicle with his hands after the initial accident. I have heard from others as well about their experiences. He should be ashamed for his actions against African American women. He (the owner) is dishonest and untrustworthy. Inbox me with your experience!!! My sustained over $1000 in damaged at the owners hands. It is not worth the risk!!!!!

We purchased a retired police explorer at an auction which was not cleaned prior to selling. We called Auto Spa immediately and got an appointment for that weekend. Drop off was quick and easy. They called within a few hours (we told them we were not in a rush) and we headed to pick it up. We were shocked at how great it looked! Eric walked me through every detail that they did! From the outside to the inside to under the hood, he explained it al! There was sticker residue from the police decals on the paint--Auto Spa removed the residue without damaging the paint. The inside of the car looked amazing! The seats, floor, door, dash, console, back seat, etc were all cleaned and polished. They cleaned spaces that I would have never thought to get--even under the hood! I highly recommend their professionalism and their care for customer satisfaction! We will definitely be returning customers!

Dirt everywhere

I've been here maybe five or six times and have never left very ecstatic. After a $42.50 car wash this is what I'm left with, among things that I couldn't get in the pics. I'm really not one to leave bad reviews but each time I mention my last experience and they act like they care but they don't do any better the next time.

Our cars always come out looking great. The staff is very friendly even when the parking lot is completely packed. If you want your car clean and neat for a reasonable price give them a try.

In the search for the "Perfect" car I ended up exchanging calls, emails, and texts with nearly 20 dealerships from Florida to Colorado. I feel very fortunate that my search landed me with not just a return call, text, or email... but a return VIDEO directly from Randy with a walk around of the exact Expedition we were looking for and a demo of some of its cool features as well as his contact information to follow up with. Well, not only did Randy have the exact car we wanted at the best price I found after getting many dealer offers... they got me 0% financing and he delivered the car to me on a Sunday with a smile!!! The entire sales process with Randy and Auffenberg Ford was fantastic. If you are the kind of person that usually gets anxiety from the whole car buying experience, do yourself a huge favor and give Randy at Auffenberg a car. He's the guy that you would feel confident to send your mom to if she needed a car. Thank you Randy and team for everything and I may have to give you a call about a Bronco next year. ;)

My husband and I had never considered purchasing a car from Auffenberg, even though it's right…read morearound the corner from our home. However, we recently saw an excellent deal on a 2021 Nissan Rogue for our daughter and decided to move forward. We selected the vehicle, met with the finance representative, and completed all necessary paperwork, which we then submitted to our credit union for processing. When the Blue Book value came back lower than the price Auffenberg was requesting, we informed them immediately. Despite this, we were fully prepared to put down an additional payment to cover the difference our credit union would not finance. After nearly ten days of back-and-forth and resolving all concerns, we finally had the check in hand and were ready to complete the purchase. At that point, we were told that another customer was on the lot looking at the very vehicle we had already completed paperwork for, secured financing for, and were prepared to finalize. Shortly after, we learned the car had been sold to that individual. This was incredibly disappointing, unprofessional, and left a very poor impression. Our daughter needed reliable transportation for her internship, and after searching for more than a month, this vehicle was the perfect match, both in features and in price. To have it sold out from under us after we had done everything required was extremely frustrating and disheartening.
