Other than it's quite buried in this office park, it worked out fine. You can see it from the highway but getting to it requires a number of twists and turns from Lackland Road. But once I got there, it all worked very well. I scanned my Costco membership card, tapped my credit card and filled up with a tankful of Kirkland's finest petroleum. At the end, my receipt printed and I headed on. Early in the morning, there was no queue. I had my pick of the pumps, but if you're here when there is a queue, remember that they have extra long hoses and you can line up on either side because it will stretch across your car. It seems to be popular, so you'd think some Yelper would have already got the review ball rolling. The staff was friendly, moved the lines quickly and still offered personable service. They had put down lots of cardboard inside the store on the flooring, and the store was actually okay clean. SLIP FREE!!! I received yes mam, no mam, do you need any help mam. AND I was NOT in uniform. I'm retired from the military!! THESE FOLKS went OUT of their way to make sure that ANYONE that had to be at work, got to work without ANY problems. No slips, no ice on the ground. The owner and staff were the BEST! WOW...I was super shocked. ANGEL BLESSINGS. Thank you to the owner and staff, I got to work early and had a snack. SAFE AND SOUND. When you first arrive, you'll have a variety of packages to select from to make your car shine. You can also, do various add-ons to make your vehicle shine even more. After your ride thru the auto wash, there are many vacuums to use and clean the inside of your ride. Best thing about that is, they are FREE. In this day and age, we rarely get anything free, so take advantage and get that debris off the floor. The packages are priced reasonably and they have a club membership you can join, too. The prices are so reasonable, that at times I just get the cheapest one when my car just looks a little dusty. If you need to give your car a bath, drive to the Gorilla and take a ride thru their auto wash.
