I changed my mind about purchasing the vehicle and took their vehicle back, to retrieve my trade-in back and they stole my CD/Radio player out of my car, and this big guy, sitting behind the desk, in his office, argued with me stating that they did not steal my cd/radio player. terrible dealership, got a car 30 days ago!!! IT STILL HAS THE DEALER TAG ON IT!!! they still haven't replaced my tag after saying they would and there was a coolant leakage, they did fix that, all the tires were shot and bald, so they put used tires on it weeks after, the car came with alignment issues and wasn't balanced, i brought the car 2 different times and they couldn't fix it they actually made it worse, and to top it all off they sold me the car without telling me it has frame damage, i brought it to my mechanic that i've dealt with my whole life that i know through my family, and he told me that the car has terrible frame damage and said it's going to be around 7k-8k to fix and i got the car for 7k lol and im still making payments on it, my mechanic knows the owner of the dealership and called him and told him about everything and the owner hung up on him without saying nothing, and under florida statue chapter 501 section 976 requires a car dealership to tell you if it has any frame damage or any type of damage to the car. I'm going to the dealership tomorrow to talk with them hopefully we can get this resolved, or a court case will be coming. read more

This company is crap I got a car from them before I got home the engine light came on . 2 weeks after getting this car the starter went out 2 week later the cv axle fell out of the passenger side thank god I pulled into a repair shop to get the brakes done 5 mins sooner I would've been on the 408 @ 70 miles per hour and crashed and maybe hurt more killed someone's of myself . The coolant was brownish looking I had that flushed . And checked it days later after new coolant put in it was brown again . The car is crap . Which brings me to today renewing my tag which I couldn't do because motor car concepts put some kind of hold on my registration with Dmv here we are 6 months later and there's some hidden cost bs out of nowhere . So I call there and one female migrant whom I can't hardly understand a damn thing she's saying so she put another migrant on the phone who gets an attitude and tells and outtalks the customer ! So now I'm trying to calm down before I catch a criminal case . St the end of the day don't buy from this place these cars are crap and they survive off of poor people that can't go get a brand new car ! I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER go back to this lot. They are sneaky and grimy and tell you and everything to get you into a car. While we were looking at different vehicles we saw roaches in many. We finally found one worth buying but had some minor fixes that needed to be done. We were told that as long as it was written down in the contract work it would get fixed. A year later it's still not fixed. I'm trying to get my registration renued and they put a 600$ hold on it but can't tell me what the hold is for. When I called to find out Yesenia answers every time and she is nothing but rude and disrespectful. She won't answer my questions but has no problems calling me names and swearing at me. This place is built off of discrimination, poor salesmanship, and the unwillingness to express compassion. I set up an appointment to talk with their salesman Ramon. Not only did Ramon not follow up with me to confirm the appointment, when I got there, he did not care about anything, except how much I was going to put down. I explain to him my situation in hopes that he knew ways that could help me out, But inevitably he did not care. I used to work for a dealership, so I know that there are ways in which a salesman is supposed to interact with a client. THIS PLACE WILL SCREW YOU OVER!!! Let me start this off by saying I have a 6 week old daughter which they knew about. And they also gave me a really horrible deal on an overpriced small car, I ended up going to another dealership who looked over the paper work. But I guess they are okay with screwing over a young mother during a pandemic. I came to this location met and spoke with owner as well as a sales associate. They showed several cars, all which didn't fit my budget or I didn't like the quality of them. I finally settled on a 2018 Yaris, bought it took it home. When I got home I noticed that the car had clearly never been detailed or cleaned since whoever had it (stains & old fast food wrappers)last which again, no big deal i can get it detailed. Now the issue came when i tried to put my daughters car seat in it and it wouldn't fit. It's squeezed between the front seat and the back seat. I called and explained this to them (THE NEXT DAY; less than 24 hours after getting the car). I asked if I didn't like the car would I be able to return and they said "absolutely not". I was upset and spoke with the person who recommended them (the owners nephew). Next day owner and nephew calls, owner denies saying that and says he will work something out for me either return me the money and take the car back or get me into a bigger car. Talk with the nephew and he says they won't give me my money back and I would need more money down to get into a bigger car. I'm not sure how's that's working with someone at all, if I had more money I wouldn't have came to this place and why even tell me you'd give me money back before if you won't. Anyways now I'm stuck in a dirty SMALL over priced car that I can't even fit my own daughters car seat into without squeezing it in. I don't even feel safe putting her in it. I wish I never came to this place. They gave me a crap deal and won't work with me. Also they've been ignoring me about getting me a real plate so I'm stuck with a temp for I don't know how long All I'm trying to do is make sure my new born child won't die in the chance of an accident but what do they care. DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE, they do not care abut you, they just want to make a sale. I see now they clearly have no passion for people. I've now been told by locals that this place sells over priced cars and aren't the best. I'm taking the car to PepBoys because who knows if it's actually taken cared of and running well. All they will do is take advantage of your situation and you might end up even worse than you did when you walked in. Beware of the "warranty" . When your car is in the shop for 5 days or more because of an issue and they let you know it's all set after you called them 20 times, you'll be pretty surprised when you notice they didn't do a thing at all... forcing you to either play the same game or spend money out of your own pocket to fix elsewhere. When I called this morning I got one price and had 80 percent of the cost of the car for a down-payment. The salesperson acted like he could not help me because my credit is challenged. So after I hung up with him I called back and got a person acting as if he was a Manger. He seemed to be willing to help. Yeah right. He told me he would look into the matter and get back to me. Do think that happened of course not. He never called back . Then I called thinking as a former GM of a dealership he got busy. This place is scamming people. I purchased a car from here 3 YEARS AGO. And I went to renew my registration at my local dmv and the dmv explained to me that this company put a hold on my registration renewal because of outstanding fees at the dealership. So I called the dealership and they said I had to pay them an extra $100 to get the block removed because I didn't pay them for registration. When I explained to them that the tag title and registration was handled at the DMV so I shouldn't owe them money for registration. And even if I did owe them money then that would have been included on the total the day I bought the car. They refused to provide me with any documentation or proof that I owe them this money. Before they hung up on me the said don't call back here again if you aren't ready to pay. Then of course I pay them and then coincidentally I get a fraudulent charge on my card 2 days later.
