This vehicle gave me many problems, so I took my case to the small's claims court in Orlando, Florida. I won the case, but Mr. Rauf Amir the owner of the dealers and the lawyer Mr. Shayan Elahi are refusing to pay me back my $8,000.00 or the amount that the judge ordered to be refunded. Do not buy from these dealers. They are a scam and rude and plus they don't respect any one. As we walked in, we were greeted by the door concierge, he quickly assigned us to our sales agent Felipe. Felipe was courteous and professional, he quickly helped us take a look at the car we had our eyes set on. We did the test drive, both my husband and my son test drove the car, my son was purchasing his first car, and Felipe made it simple and seamless. While awaiting for the paperwork to get done and getting the car under our insurance, we also had the pleasure to meet Felipe's co-worker Robert, a military veteran, who shared quiet a few fun stories with us. This shop is a family run business, and everyone were really nice. The car was in great condition, definitely a good purchase for the price. I highly recommend this place. If you are looking for sales agents who actually understand about cars and your needs, and a reliable ride, look no further, this place should be your first stop and last stop.

(36 + 6k down if i used my credit union, and 29 and 3k down if i used their bank). talked to a couple other people who had similar experiences, and similar issues. signed off on their deal and immediately refinanced my car to get that lower rate and a much better APR with my credit union (was able to use my pre approval as a credit app) only had to make their first payment. which is fine, clearly they need the money (24%apr if i went through them, 6.5 with my credit union ) still waiting on my registration and my temp tag expires today. not going to make a big deal out of it unless i get a ticket but just shows unprofessionalism. pretty much every salesman was in their 30s acting like they were 19 and had a vape in their hands. absolutely enormous, too. I'd recommend a gym membership but god knows they run around enough with how far they run to take advantage of you. place was also pretty dirty and ran by the hindu kind so you can already assume they were dirty. overall, if you can make a deal (sign for the cheap price, then refinance before the 2nd payment) like i did and not care about the huuuggeee dunk in your credit score for a bit then, sure buy a car. I got a 370z nismo which i really just got this one because it is damn near impossible to find a clean slate, whcih this one was and still is probably the cleanest one on the market. but be warned they're sneaky and will try any and everything to truly rape you. UPDATE: I did end up getting a ticket for an expired registration. It turns out they tried to put my previous plate that had been surrendered onto the new car. curious as to why they tried that but it's beyond me. they said they would mail it, never did and said i had to pick it up the DMV. Sure, got the ticket the day after they told me (a sunday) and i work mon-fri regular 9-5 (DMV hours). posting this after my refinance so i dont get screwed indirectly or something lol.

We emailed the merchant for 3 months about the remainder of the order to no avail. We filed a dispute with NF. We sent proof where the merchant clearly apologizes and acknowledges (in April) that they still didn't fulfill the order (see attachment). Easy decision right? Wrong! NF said the merchant, yes the merchant makes the final decision if the dispute is approved or denied and since the merchant sent 4 of the 8 shorts, they denied the claim and get to keep the money for the 4 shorts we did not receive. This makes zero sense. Do yourself a favor and don't bank with them. The people there are incompetent and they care nothing about their members. Midflorida Credit Union is much better.

The lady told me Daniela who works at branch close to the Loop in Kissimmee told me that as soon as I deposit the $40K they will refund me back the $30 dollars that even got me upset more, because I was not able to deposit any money since the account was not open yet. Today is September 3 and I am sitting in the lobby waiting for someone because now they are asking for my business operation agreement so I told Daniela to go ahead and close the account because first they are robbing me a fee without opening the account from my initial deposit. To close the account she told me she has to wait until they approve whoever to refund me back my own money. Their business is very detailed, very well thought out and has everything that they need for an individual with troubled credit. They offer in-house insurance and in-house lending. They did accommodate my disability, and did modify their return policy to accommodate my disability. For this, I'm thankful appreciative, and they did the right thing in accordance with the ADA. The downside is that their pricing is a bit high because of who their clientele is. They also have mandatory warranty coverage. This is both good and bad. It protects their investment and your product but there's no way to opt out that's driving the cost of ownership higher. The other con is that they have a mandatory GPS tracking device that invade your privacy that you cannot opt out of. This is not only violate several privacy laws. It also violates the ADA. They violated the ADA, because I requested an accommodation for them to modify the warranty coverage to a shorter period to accommodate my disability related needs, and they failed and refused to respond as the ADA requires, in writing, demonstrating how they requested accommodation fundamentally alter the nature of their service product or activity. That is what is required, and they failed, and refused to do so. Overall, I do recommend them if you were in a situation that needs this type of service and is OK with the cons.
