(Not to mention, there's a lengthy 1-star review complaining about a location in Jackson, not Taylor...) The service was quick, and I wasn't pressured to buy the extras. That, in itself, is worth a 5. But Charles, the Assistant Manager who helped me, was extremely personable and funny. That takes effort, especially when dealing with dozens of customers a day. Never mind the fact that I came in at 3:30pm on a Friday (today), and after a long week, I'm sure it would've been very easy for him to phone-in the interaction. Instead, it was a bright spot in my day. Needless to say, I recommend the place. I don't want to oversell it; I've only been there once. But it was a positive enough experience that I felt compelled to write this review, so there's that.

I've asked you not to, you do a bad job at it, jabbing a fine air filter with a screwdriver, and you don't even have the courtesy to remove the few leaves before putting it back in. Well, F you too. Guess what? It's my car, not yours. If I ask you not to do something, don't do it. Oil change was done well and quickly after I complained about the shoddy process of getting my filter out after I asked them not to.
