They are quick and thorough. They have a monitor in their pit where you can see the work being done on your vehicle. That, in itself, is worth a 5. But Charles, the Assistant Manager who helped me, was extremely personable and funny. That takes effort, especially when dealing with dozens of customers a day. Never mind the fact that I came in at 3:30pm on a Friday (today), and after a long week, I'm sure it would've been very easy for him to phone-in the interaction.
