He asked me to text a photograph of exactly what I was looking for, and he called me right back after receiving the information. Josh took my order over the phone and had the order waiting for me when I arrived. He custom mixed the exact paint color that I needed and then loaded that color into three aerosol spray paint cans for me. It was exactly what I needed and had been searching for. It was an hour drive to that Sherwin-Williams location for me, but it was totally worth it to get the custom color aerosol spray paint cans. Josh rocks! Great customer service!! Excellent paint!!

Want to know just how good the quality of their paint is?? I own a condo, and have owned 3 homes. All 4 residents have had Sherwin-Williams paint- nothing less. I might also add that I have 5 offspring under the age of 14 years old. Yes- FIVE kids under 15! This paint has taken a beating at all 4 residents and kept on ticking beautifully! This paint can withstand the beat and battle of 5 little one and still look flawless on the walls! If that doesn't tell you how good a quality Sherwin-Williams paint is- I don't know what would! From eggshell, to flat to semi-gloss and satin, I've tried it all and love each of them in their appropriate spaces. If you have lots of kids, or even just one, you know handprints and little fingerprints are inevitable on walls, Sherwin-Williams satin is your best bet, which tolerates light scrubbing and can be wiped clean. Eggshell finishes are somewhat resistant to stains and scuffs, and would be a good bet too, if you don't want that shiny finish that satin tends to have. Both have worked amazing in my homes for all the millions of touching of the walls by my kids over the years. Sherwin-Williams paint also works great in the kitchen. In my previous home behind my kitchen sink it was painted. When my kids would wash their hands they had a tendency to turn on the water full blast. This would lead to water all over the paint. 6 years in that house, and that paint still looked great- even with all that water logging from the kids. Do you get it yet?? Sherwin-Williams can with stand it all! If my home can still look beautiful with five rambunctious kids imagine what it could look like in your home! Don't get me started on the colors either! So many gorgeous options! I especially love all the free samples, searches and idea books you can help yourself to. If you don't have a creative bone in your body, don't worry. I brought along a couple of old Benjamin Moore paint cans that were about seven years old assuming I'd need to replace them. Instead of trying to sell me two new gallons at $50 each, the staff inspected the paint, found it was still in good condition, and offered to strain, thin, and repackage it into new cans. The total cost to me was about $10. I also had a few basic questions about how to properly retouch the walls, and the staff took the time to explain everything to me in detail. It's rare to walk into a business for the first time and encounter such a customer-focused approach. I highly recommend supporting this store. It also felt great to give my business to a local paint shop rather than a big-box chain.

Then again, I'm not an expert in wallpaper pricing. Our rolls costed $60 per roll. Our service on our initial visit was sub-par as there wasn't much that the high schoolers behind the counter could do other than take binders off of the shelf for us. The service when ordering and picking up was much more attentive the moment we walked in the door. Either way, lots of in-person choices to choose from for wallpaper which, in itself, is a great service to provide to the area. UPDATE: We were oversold wallpaper by a considerable margin. We only needed one roll of wallpaper, but were sold 4 based on their "calculations". Thankfully, the manager understood the mistake that their staff made and gave us a refund on the three unused rolls of wallpaper with no questions asked and no receipt. I really appreciated them owning up to their mistake and making things right. I will be back if I am ever in need of wallpaper again.

This has become my go-to location over the past year. I can look at paint colors, swatch it on a…read morewall and decide on a color but to pick a paint formula, know the exact supplies to buy and feel confident I have what I need, that's another story. Thankfully the staff here are usually friendly and able to ensure I have what I need for my project. I especially want to recognize James for his excellent customer service. Among managing the store and phones by himself this particular evening, he promptly greeted each customer, was friendly and exceptionally patient as we asked questions about the different formulas and was very knowledgeable about what paint formula would be best. He was happy to explain the differences and even helped us figure out the best deal for our purchase. I felt confident in his recommendations and it made at least the paint aspect of my current project that much easier. I will definitely be back to this location for my next project.

Called in my paint a day before and pre paid just to sit in line for 45 minutes the next morning…read moreand miss my touch up apt . You guys need to put pre paid items in an area the contractors can scan a QR and grab/go.... Had my paint made and paid a day before to prevent having to wait for 10 contractors to get orders filled and brought to their van . I'm looking at my single gallon of paint that I already paid for, within arms reach , on a shelf ...all ahwhile I'm missing my apt ... common guys . What's the point of planning ahead of the curve and ordering and paying in advance if you guys have no way to make ur end work ???
