I called to make an appointment as suggested when coming in and making the appointment was easy over the phone. Inside had a ton of different well known brands. Along with toilets, vanities, and especially fixtures to name a few. When I got to the appointment, the front desk ladies were very friendly. Unfortunately, that's where the friendliness ended with my visit. My sales associate, Nicole was knowledgeable, but her customer service was absolutely horrible. She gave some advice, but it felt like it would be better if I knew exactly what I wanted and she can just point me in that direction. If you're coming just to browse or get ideas, don't book with Nicole. She did not seem to have patience for me on my indecisiveness/not knowing what I wanted yet. She didn't ask my budget or much other advice or questions. She had a very condescending attitude, like I was annoying her. We went and looked at all of the different brand names. I really didn't feel like I got much design help from her. She did at least show me some of the handheld sprays in the shower area in the back of the store. I asked her for a quote list and she said she'd email it to me. We spent about an hour or little less at the appointment. By the end of the appointment, she said I hope you didn't feel rushed. Which in reality I did... I waited a few days and her email never came and I had to call the store to ask for it to be resent again. She did do a good job with emailing me back-and-forth because I had questions about the quotes and pictures she gave me. She was prompt. Definitely compare and contrast what is cheaper. I compared my selections to websites like Wayfair. The faucets and shower fixtures were cheaper from Wittock. But the accessories like towel bar, toilet holder, robe holder, etc. were cheaper through Wayfair. When I was ready to put the order in. I emailed Nicole and she gave me an order number. She told me to then call the front desk to them put the order in. Gina, who processed my order was very nice and helpful. You either can put down 1/2 of your order or the whole thing. My order took about a week or so. Except the shower faucet was a newer design and I was told it would take about three weeks. I did ask Nicole to send me some similar shower faucets that were in stock. She kind of condescendingly made a point that I didn't like any of the other in stock, shower heads. But within a few days, the showerhead I originally ordered was available. The products that I ordered were all great. They were all Delta product, so I felt like it was trusted brand. My contractor picked up our items without issue. The products are beautiful and are what I ordered.

How do I know they're fake? They all have the same amount of likes, which is over 10. What review gets 11 likes in 7 hours about a local supply store... "Sonny", DO BETTER! Since my review got taken off Google, here it is: I'm not sure where all these fabricated, positive reviews about the sales repressive, Nicole, are coming from... She must be really pushing for positive reviews... Recently, I walked in and got a blue plastic tag, but I guess I didn't win the color-coded lottery (in regards to the color of the tag) because I got stuck in the back corner with the woman who rightfully belongs there. To start off, I gave her my budget, and instead of being understanding and helpful, she laughed directly in my face. Who knew $1,700 wasn't sufficient for a faucet? Not me. Clearly this was comical to Nicole but I didn't find it humorous whatsoever. Maybe Wittock supervisors need to speak to their staff or amongst themselves to figure out a plan to deter anyone not willing to spend $3,000 not step foot on the premises. The kicker is, you can find pretty similar fixtures (if not the same) elsewhere and pay a fraction of what you would at Wittock, but Nicole will tell you otherwise. DO BETTER!

This was no easy task to do, with our house not having been updated in 18 years, and working around all our family shenanigans (travel, work schedules, teens' stuff all over the place, etc). Also, I almost didn't want to write this, because I don't want him to get too busy, so he can complete other projects for us that we have planned (but want to space out) for the future! p.s. We also had the hardwood flooring extended into our family room and the existing hardwood refinished and part of a wall remove. Our home looks beautiful! As most have experienced home remodeling and construction can be an arduous challenge. After…read morecontemplating several alternatives for our home we chose to work with Dillman & Upton primarily considering our initial experience with their designer and our perception of their team's quality Beginning with our first conversation, we believed that our designer provided sound advice and guidance, had valuable experience, was knowledgeable, considerate, thorough, and accessible for advice, suggestions and questions. The designer proved out, thankfully. Interactions with the D&U office staff were overall good. A significant surprise was the assignment of both subcontractors other than D&U's usual team. While it is impossible to directly compare our subcontractors with D&U's longstanding team, our's did not have deep, meaningful, value added experience dealing with D&U schematics, overall design and details. This required or significant involvement of our time to interpret details of the blueprint to affect the design goals. We had to call our designer and adjourn major meetings several times for reinforcement of the construction details. Requesting and requiring that some work being redone and changed to conform with a specific design specifications. We had to be our own advocate for a correct job and request repairs for damages to our home (three walls which require our own sanding, priming and repainting). Most disconcerting we had to be our own on-site project manager. A very important aspect we believe dealing with D&U would have provided. Perhaps D&U will say this is over stated and normal construction angst. However, we do not believe it was completed in good faith, as contracted and representative. It was far more tension to get what we paid for wanted or believe was appropriate. In retrospect we believe that the subcontractors should've been highly versed in D&U design goals and had the ability and desire to fully comprehend blueprints and call D&U directly when necessary to discern and clarify. Is this the best craftsmanship that our community offers? Opportunity for improvement include addressing all of the above concerns. Additionally, the price, documentation and communication regarding change orders must be improved. We recognize that some contractors or self-motivated and completed high-quality work, the first time. At our projects conclusion the project, while painful several times, was mostly completed successfully.
