This place has been the worst, and if we talked to more people before making a purchase we would have known better and gone elsewhere. Seriously, these people are horrible. Somehow a part that was on back order one day not due to arrive for a while, was then replaced the next day. The issue is back and now we find out they did a fix we werent aware of, sure seems like the part was probably never replaced to begin with. So buyer beware!!! Dont go here!!!

I bet her weed eater is a goat, lawnmower is a sheep and her rototiller is just an old fashioned hoe and so on. I have had two riding mowers taken to him. One had to go to him twice. Got another problem on it when I got home, fuel pump...that was a consequence of a poor job the first time. The second mower, owned by my disabled veteran father, was one that he wanted to get going strong before he spent money on a new seat. Never finished the job, AND it wasn't fixed when he told me to come get it the first time. Wouldn't run to load it. Called me off. Way to take care of those who have taken care of your country. Most, if not ALL of the ATVs sitting at his place look like they have been there forever. I don't know that any have left. He should fix his wife's manure spreader. That seems to be all he is good at.

Big sky motorsports installed two new Michelin pilot 6 tires. the total for tires and insulation was $1116 I feel I got ripped off. I've never heard of any shop charging that much to install tires in my over forty years of riding. I had a group of riders waiting for me so just paid the $1116 and got on the road. I'm going to reach out to the manager and ask for a refund of a couple hundred dollars and will update my review.

He directed me to Five Valley Honda, and they got the parts on order right away and scheduled the work for the following week as soon as the parts arrived. Service was great, and the complex bleeding procedure was followed to a T, and my brakes work like new. They took great care of me and my bike. Highly recommend this crew!

I spoke with Brandon about financing, and was able to get the details sorted out within a couple days. It was a surprise bday gift for my son...they even hooked us up with a fancy bow for the bike, and helped make it a memorable experience. Went over the details and tips for the initial maintenance, gave a breakdown of recommended future maintenance and their costs (and enough detail if we were to do it ourself). The in-store team was helpful, friendly and my experience with Maverick was nothing but positive!

Then we had similar conversations about jackets, gloves, and radio / communication systems. No pressure; just helpful and seemed genuine. It's understandable that they don't keep much inventory in stock. But I was glad to find they had enough there, from a few different brands I wanted to compare, that I could try a few things on and get a general sense for materials and construction quality as well as size and fit. They ordered what I wanted and I plan to go back and support this local shop by purchasing through them next time.
