I got my brakes and clutch serviced at by a local mechanic, who found out there was an outstanding recall on my Goldwing's brake system. He directed me to Five Valley Honda, and they got the parts on order right away and scheduled the work for the following week as soon as the parts arrived. I dropped it off and they jumped right on it and had it going in no time at all. They called me several times to discuss issues and took care of them. We were traveling from Salmon, Idaho to Sandpoint, Idaho. 19 Miles out of Missoula the tread started coming off the rear Metzler. It was Monday; we called to see if they were open. Talked to Mark Thome. Yes, they were open and he asked me for the tire size so that he could order it before we got there and have it mounted the next day. If your bike is busted the will get it in quick and even let you see what's wrong with it and then have it fixed in no time at all. Funny, that last review was pleased that the staff were wearing masks and gloves. I on the other hand went in yesterday and the salesman "Chad" was not wearing a mask. When I asked him to wear one please he put one on came back out and sarcastically asked me "are you happy now?". No, I'm not happy. Cases of COVID are sky rocketing in Missoula. Traveling west on I-90 this past summer, on a Friday evening heading up the mountains into Missoula the battery of our Honda Shadow 750cc completely fizzled out. We were extremely fortunate that a Honda-specific repair center was nearby! A tow truck brought us and our bike to 5VH's shop; we arrived at about 11pm. The next day, Saturday, we were waiting in front of the store before they opened, anxious to get back on the road. In order to diagnose what was wrong with the bike they first tried charging the battery, to no avail (and at no labor/time cost to us). Once it became apparent the battery was completely dead they then sold us a new battery for $80, which we installed ourselves. We were on the road again that afternoon. 5 stars for prompt and courteous service to travelers! read more

I tried to get there attention, but they just ignored me. So I left. Drove there for nothing. Bought the same helmet online, and saved money.
