Don't do it. I am beyond upset. THEY PUT YOU THROUGH IT DURING THE PROCESS ALL WHILE KNOWING THEY'RE CARS ARE BAD. They wasted two full days of my time. The only reason I even went back was because of the manager, Lanae--she truly went above and beyond for me. Throughout my adult life, I've had bad experiences with multiple dealerships and greedy male salespeople. In contrast, when I paid cash for an Audi years ago, I worked with a female salesperson who treated me with care and professionalism. Since then, I've noticed that women in sales tend to be more attentive, respectful, and relatable. Lanae gave me that same level of care, which is why I chose to do business with her and even referred my daughter to her. I was approved through a bank, but the options on their lot were limited. I selected a BMW at another location, but it turned out to be a bad vehicle. What made things worse is that I was told--twice--to come pick it up, only to find out something was wrong with it after I had already arranged transportation. I paid for an Uber both times and had to cancel, and I still haven't been reimbursed the $5 cancellation fee. It's not even about the money--it's the inconvenience and lack of respect for my time. This morning, things got even worse. The finance manager (whose name I didn't catch) was extremely rude. He talked over me, raised his voice, and was outright disrespectful. He accused me of making decisions based on one bad experience with male salespeople, when in reality I've had multiple negative experiences. I even acknowledged that I appreciated them being honest about the BMW not being a good car. I was fully prepared to put down $3,500 on a different vehicle, as discussed with Lanae. Instead of helping me or asking about my options, he kept yelling, telling me the cars I was choosing wouldn't work, and saying what I could and couldn't do. The conversation became so disrespectful that I hung up. I will not sit on the phone and be yelled at or insulted--especially by someone who should be helping me. To make matters worse, I haven't heard back from Lanae or Edie at all. Overall, this experience has been frustrating, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. This place is disgusting after the major disrespect and insults this morning made by the finance manager. I don't need a car that bad. Like he rudely told me to do and then he had the nerve to laugh about it by telling me I can take my business elsewhere. I will do just that. Buyer Beware!!! Do not buy from Motorvation without a pre-purchase inspection from AAA or equivalent. "New tires" mean 7 yrs old. "Well maintained " means Salt Corrosion out of eyesight. The lack of communication & professional by Ieashia, in charge of post sale issues, Is a complete fail. They sold a 2019 Silverado with lug nuts missing on every wheel, left tail light out, camper shell brake light out, loose muffler, interior electrical issues, and a backup camera that is non operational. Even better, after 5 emails & 5 phone calls, including my repair order from a reputable repair center being emailed to them, THEY OFFERED ABSOLUTELY NO ASSISTANCE IN THE EXPENSE OF THE REPAIRS AND REFUSE TO COMMUNICATE! WARNING MOTORVATION WILL FLAT OUT LIE TO YOU TO GET A SALE! I bought a 2018 black F-250 on March 21, 2024, from Carlos Ruiz at Motorvation Atlanta. The truck was sold to me with "No scratches or dents at all the truck is in beautiful condition" and as you can see in the attached pictures this is a flat-out lie. There are 19 points of damage scattered to every panel of the vehicle. The back left door appears to have been broken into and reglued/ painted. The roof is severely scratched and the hood is crunched in and cracked just to name a few. There was no mention of the fact the truck is deleted and tuned with unwrapped wires exposed underneath. When I brought this up to the manager I was told "Huh good thing you don't live in California so that won't matter to you". The truck rattles and clicks when turning in either direction. The truck showed up with 3 completely different tires. The airbag has been deployed and does not work. Both mirrors are cracked in multiple places. Due to damage on the door, the back left window can not roll back up without significant force on both sides. Carlos explicitly said the truck would be detailed before shipping and as part of the sale, Motorvation would remove a vinyl stripe on the side. After being told the vinyl was half off as we spoke, the truck showed up with not only trash from the previous owner but the vinyl stripe still 100% intact. To be told "We sent the truck with no body damage at all" is very frustrating. Frankly to expect me to believe that the transport company put 19 dents in the truck, broke both mirrors, broke into the back door (and glued/painted it), replaced the vinyl stripe, and put trash in it, is insulting. I reached out to the transporter and got their pre-shipment pictures and can see that this damage did not happen in transit. I went ahead and got a quote to see what it would cost to make this truck fit the description of the truck Motorvation sold me. That quote totaled over $20,000 not including any mechanical work. I do understand this is not a brand-new truck and will have some minor blemishes. What I expected in this deal was honesty from Carlos and Motorvation's sales team. I had highlighted a possible and very reasonable solution with both Carlos and Tashi (the general manager) but was told this is my problem now. I finally got Motorvation Atlanta's general manager Tashi on the phone and I have never spoken to someone so demeaning and disinterested in their business reputation. I was told, "I should have known better" and that "obviously this truck would be beaten up because it has a flatbed and those are meant for hot-rodding". I can not drive this truck with any peace of mind knowing that if Motorvation will blatantly lie about something so plainly seen as body damage I can not imagine what they lied about mechanically. Carlos and Tashi have proved THIS is the kind of business everyone at Motorvation stands behind and I would not trust a word that comes out of their mouth. I have reached out over 2 dozen times with no real response. Clearly, Motorvation has absolutely no intention of making anything right with me. My goal with this is to warn everyone I possibly can about Motorvation. SAVE YOURSELF MONEY AND THE HEADACHE AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANYONE OTHER THAN MOTORVATION. read more

This place is a scam. This was supposed to be trusted partner through USAA, but they turned out to be the worse purchase I've ever made. I am out of state and I trusted on these guys to find me a reliable work truck. I paid to get it checked prior to it arriving. Long story short, the check engine light came on the first day it arrived. We took it in to get it fixed and it appears to be a lemon. I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to these people! The second day I purchased the vehicle it wouldn't crank. They had it towed to their shop and told me the vehicle was fine. When I got it back, the car didn't crank for 24hrs while in my possession. The vehicle went back! Got my car back after a week. One Rep in Maintenance said it was nothing wrong with the vehicle it was me but the manager called to say they replaced the battery and something else. So I don't know what was actually done. Then my first payment was due June 4th, due to my pay schedule I would make the payment a few days late. The lenders site instructs me to call, the lender explains account closed and to call the dealership. Call them and they said I have to come in to make payment as they have to provide a code and take pictures for proof of payment and send to the lender. Rep had someone to come get the vehicle and then the finance manager comes to say my car is being repossessed. I called the lender and was told this was done on the dealerships end. The lender said they are still willing to finance me but dealership would need to redo a contract. Dealership advised I would need to put down another $5-6k... I'm without a vehicle and my down payment. This lot is trash and I would never refer a soul! They wanted me to lie to the vendor about the car being in my possession when they had to repair it but I waited! They will try to give you a free gift if you and give them a 5 star review! They will stand over you as you do it and the gift is a phone holder! I updated my review accordingly on as many platforms as possible. My friend also received a vehicle at the same exact time and she is also having issues as well! read more

I found a vehicle on Facebook market messenger that this company was selling at a very reasonable price at there new Jonesboro Ga location. The salesmen Jeremy and Julio were both very friendly and helpful in showing me that vehicle and others they had. They offer free sodas and candy snacks and constantly ask if you would like something to drink while you are looking or finishing up the paper work on a deal. We did have to haggle some over my grade in value but they agree to a fair price on it and the deal was done. Very professional and beautiful indoor sales facility they have. read more

first off I needed a truck for work, I do hot shot trucking. well it took about a month to get the truck I wanted . so that put me out of work for a month and a month behind on bills . I never could get caught up after I finally got the truck so I lost my job. it took a few weeks to finally get on with another company.. I owed 400 to the finance company and wasn't behind yet... needless to say they bought it back from the finance company and I have to return the truck!!! these people have completely screwed me all the way around !!! they knew I needed it for work and they took their sweet time getting it ready to give to me ! read more

I went to see a couple f250 used trucks that they advertised on craigslist for sale. They had a 2015 model with 300,000 miles that was inexpensive. I have never owned a vehicle with more than half as many miles so I felt it important to have a specialty mechanic shop look it over to make sure there are not expensive problems that would need to be repaired. Rahim the salesperson seemed very nice at first, but after much time i invested looking for replacement parts for parts they had stripped off the truck and arranging for a fleet service company to inspect it, he told me the only way to get it inspected was to pay to have it towed to the shop. He initially said it would cost $200 for the towing which I thought was ridiculous for a truck that is supposed to be perfectly driveable. He later said he would pay for half of the towing but I refused as I would already have to pay $110 to the shop for inspection and don't think it is reasonable to have to pay additional money for unnecessary towing because if there are issues found on the truck it is a big waste of my money. I offered to drive it there myself and they said I cannot drive without someone from their company in the vehicle. I offered to arrange for a return trip for an employee from the shop to go with me, but they apparently refuse that also. I have been told they may be hiding something in the truck's condition because they are making it so hard to get an independent inspection. I simply am not going to do business with a company like this and you should be prepared to spend $200 for towing plus the inspection fee if you want to buy a truck from them and have it inspected which I think is a huge waste because of the possibility of expensive repairs being necessary on used trucks and throwing that amount of money away if you need to walk away. I think this company really needs to get it's act together if they want to become a respected used vehicle dealer. read more
