We were looking in the Atlanta area for an older used car for our teenager. Many times our own mechanic was too far away to take potential vehicles to for an inspection. I found out about Ron's service several years ago from my son-in-law who was in the auto industry at the time working for a dealership. Ron inspected their used vehicles that were traded in so they could determine whether to sell them or wholesale them out. Since then, I have had Ron inspect a half dozen vehicles or so for me, and the nominal fee he charges for his service is worth it and pays for itself many times over. He is extremely thorough and very professional in his inspections. If he recommends that you purchase, he always gives you at least two or three things that you can negotiate for the seller to take care of or reduce the price for. He has kept me from buying cars that would have been mistakes and could've cost me thousands. One time he inspected a Honda CRV that I was looking at for my daughter, and he gave me a couple of things to negotiate on, but told me that even if they wouldn't bend that I should buy the car anyway, because it was a keeper. That car ended up being a wonderful car for my daughter (her first car) for many years. I am back in the market for a car and thought about Ron, and looked him up on line and saw this Yelp posting, so I thought I would chime in here. I finally decided to pull the trigger on a classic muscle car that was located in Loganville, Georgia. I am in California and found Ron and Nan through Yelp to do the inspection for me. I initially spoke with Nan and she was just about as nice and helpful as can be. Ron, was the same and really knows his stuff, what to look for and spends a lot of time at each inspection. For the price, I received personal attention, answers to all my questions, a write up along with about 3 dozen pictures through the inspection. A test drive was done as well. My intent was to fly to GA to close the deal in person, but after receiving Ron's meticulous notes and pictures, I was convinced the car was everything the seller said it was. Therefore, I decided to wire the money instead and save the cost of flights, hotels and rental car and that alone paid for the shipping to CA. I can't recommend Ron and Nan highly enough. I asked my son to find a mechanic to check out a F150 before we purchased it and he found Ron. Ron told us everything about the truck and gave us a buy recommendation.
