I can't remember the owners name but what a nice man. He answered every question and spent time teaching how to maintain his bike. He also delivered the bike to our home. I definitely recommend this store for anyone needing parts or to purchase a new new moped.

I had saved up to get one and was making sure the scooter would last me a couple years. Not expecting it to last too long because it was a lower priced model. I was reassured profusely and I ended up purchasing it along with a helmet l, lock, and rain cover. A little over two months later it stopped starting. I called the shop and they were wanting to charge me $100 to bring it to the shop and another $100 to deliver it back to my house. Not including whatever work was done. They were very unfriendly and seemed annoyed that I was calling. I ended up having a small engine mechanic look at it and it was the carburetor. It had to be replaced and I did ask why this was ( the shop tried blaming me saying that I hadn't taken care of the moped correctly so that's why it wasn't starting) my mechanic said simply it was because it was a cheaply made part. Horrible service. They only want to make money and will do anything to do so, once you buy their product they don't care and will not take responsibility for how cheaply the scooters are made.
