Less then $350 in parts were actually there, when I asked about the fluids, the employee Aaron told me the order wasn't put together and I could go get my own fluids, when I came back with 2 gallons of gear oil and 6 qts of transmission fluid and asked what parts they actually had, aaron told me what was on the desk. 1/4 calipers, 2/4 rotors 1/2 break pad sets, no hand pump, I told him to forget the order because i can't do the repairs with 1/3 of the parts and that they said the whole order would be ready by 5pm. He then walked away and called me a Ni**er in front of my 5 year old son, then said "this ni**er tripping" The manager came out and i told them I'd be speaking with corporate monday morning. They called the regional and general manager neither one answered to help. They called customer service multiple times to solve the problem. I was there for almost hour. All thought they have horrible management that runs this store, these girls went above and beyond! The only reason why I'm giving 5 stars is because of those two lovely ladies! But I will Not be returning due to the lack of managements helping there employees!

Also they try to say dealership parts only, but called their own source fisher auto and they had the whole assembly for strut and shock. Calling corporate to remedy the crazy 1 year of a problem i kept saying what I thought it was, 5k later not fixed and brought to WAY better shop. Was what I said. A coil.. easy test and basic knowledge. Said codes that were not correct. Idk how that happens.. Be careful with these places, been bringing car since I got it 5 years ago.. from 5 star to 1 absolutely.
