Today I received a "Premium…read moreNotice" in the mail for my Mother's Medicare Supplemental plan from an insurance company who's name did not "ring a bell" with me. I thought that it might be a scam. So I E-mailed Karl and his assistant Debbie at 5:14 PM on this Friday, not expecting to get an answer until at least Monday 2/6. I received an E-mail back from Karl at 6:48 this evening (less than two hours later,for those of you that are not good at math) explaining that the company had in fact changed it's DBA (Doing Business As) name since I initially signed her up and assuring me that this was NOT a phishing scam from a company that I did not recognize. This is a perfect example of why I would recommend the Karl Washwick Agency. I response within two hours after hours on a Friday.

At no time during the 2.5 mos I tried resolving this issue was C.H.E helpful. They either didn't respond, asked for things respectively,asked for unnecessary things or didn't respond. I emailed the CEO and received no response (customer service comes from the top). I just got a new quote and it's for better coverage at $157/ year savings over what CHE had me paying so they're not even worth it. I would suggest going to someone else. I don't know how they stay in business.
