He immediately said it would not be a problem, and everything was great from there. He was responsive, helped us with catering choices, and even allowed us to substitute a few main-menu items for picky eaters. They confirmed details ahead of time, let us come in early to decorate, and made setup easy. Lucy was our main contact once we arrived, and she and the other staff were attentive and helpful throughout the event. The food was excellent, everyone enjoyed it, and they boxed up leftovers for guests to take home. Great communication, great service, and genuinely wonderful customer care.
