My husband and I have been very pleased with Mourey's Flooring every step of the way. Andrea is extremely professional & knowledgeable about flooring. We asked a lot of questions .... because flooring is a huge choice and expense. I wanted to make sure that I was getting the right product for our lifestyle and our budget. She was patient, kind and always offered logical solutions. We never felt pressured. After we made our decision it would still be several months before placing the order because we are building our home. When Andrea placed the order, the flooring manufacturer notified her that it was on a 2 month backorder ... that was a heartbreaker, we loved what we picked out, but knew this was absolutely no fault of hers. I typically would have panicked .... but I knew Andrea was already working on solutions and she would guide us in the right direction .... I trusted her and she definately delivered! We are happier with this product, which I didn't think was possible. Not only did Andrea exceed our expectations but so did the installer, Kevin. He did an outstanding job, the floor look fabulous! From start to finish, we would 100% recommend Mouery's Flooring for your kitchen backsplash tile! The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, never pushy, and more importantly, Mouery's was very price competitive. We worked with Renee, whose tile design assistance was exemplary. She was so patient as she gave much needed suggestions when asked, sent tile samples home with us to view in our lighting, and helped guide us towards choosing a color of tile and grout to complement our kitchen and new countertops. As an added plus, Mouery's offered free, no stress, price competitive and on-point installation estimates. They were immediately able to add us to their installation schedule, giving us a definite completion date. Although the installation date was not as soon as we would have hoped for, it was a super easy, one stop shop, and we knew we didn't have to worry about no-shows or run-arounds. Their installation professionals (Randy and crew) were polite and knowledgeable, showed up when they said they would, did excellent work, and had the job finished in short time. A friend recommended Mouery's Flooring to me - I'm so glad she did! They were very knowledgeable about what type of flooring would work best in my home. (They installed luxury vinyl tile and engineered hardwood.) They measured the moisture content in the floors and helped me find just the right colors to match the existing wood trim and wall color. We went to Mouery's because it is important to support our local, family owned business. Shopping for flooring is a tough job because your stuck with it for a very long time, however, Andrea helped make this as painless as possible. I was in and out a number of times and she was always patient, kind and very, very helpful. I always looked forward to seeing her. Our carpeting and Provenza (vinyl plank) flooring is beautiful! I couldn't be happier. Ray and Matthew installed the flooring and did a wonderful job and it's perfect. The office called for a follow up which is a first.
