I had gone to another dermatologist in monroe for some deep skin lesions. They biopsied only 1 lesion and said it was only a skin ulcer. Cue 4 months later the "ulcers" had t healed. So I called Dr. Moultons office. I was able to get an appointment almost immediately. The staff was very knowledgeable. Doctor did a full skin exam. Unlike any other dermatologist I went to. From the time I came in for my appointment, staff was unfriendly and rude. No, smile, or greeting. Once in the back, I was told, I would be seeing a "new" doctor. This would have been nice to know BEFORE my appointment. I was in the office for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The "new" doctor was in the room with me approximately 10-15 minutes. read more

Finding a good Dermatologist is a quest. Dr. Moulton is caring, attentive, and is precise in her examinations. I am not sure where some of these reviews are coming from but sometimes you can't help some uninformed people. Doctor was ok. Seemed rushed for the whole body yearly exam. Beware of billing. We went there in 2023,2024 and in 2025 was told we owed over $500 a piece after insurance since 2023. So billing sucks!!!!! Not going back. read more

I absolutely do not recommend this place. I have gone to Dr Moulton in the past and every time I go she seems to be in a hurry and cuts me off as I try to voice my concerns about my skin condition. The appointment only last for less than 10 minutes with her talking over me and barely able to get any questions in. Dr. Moulton needs to consider taking less patients so she can provide quality care to the people who come to her in need. I started seeing Doctor Moulton for postoperative alopecia last year. I have also brought my teenage son and daughter to see her for acne treatment. We have never had to wait more than a few minutes, no matter what time our appointments are. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, which makes a world of difference. While I have no doubt Dr. Moulton is a capable dermatologist, the way she runs her office indicates she is more interested in making money than caring for her patients. I had a 9 a.m. appointment on a Saturday and walked out at 9:30 without seeing the doctor or P.A. I will find another dermatologist - one that respects my time as well as cares for my well-being. I took my friend to an appointment and sat in with her for emotional support. Never in my life have I encountered a more disrespectful rude woman. When questions were asked she said " it takes years to understand" or " No your wrong". The waiting room was the best part about this visit, at least there we didn't have to suffer through the unprofessionalism that I witnessed. This doctor didn't even do an examination before being quick to jump to recommending an prescription to an expensive medication. I left this place almost in tears and was not given any actual help with my problem. I made suggestions of what my problem could be and was shut down almost immediately saying no it's just cystic acne. She didn't care to hear anything about the history of this problem because I had seen her a few years ago and what she had done never helped she thought she didn't want to hear anything about how it has progressed and gotten different. It was quick and short, I would not add sweet. I was very disappointed as my grandparents have always recommended her. Maybe it was my age but she shrugged it off as nonsense and would not answer my questions. I'd get a response like oh well I'd explain it but it took years for even me to understand. I think that alone is reason I will not be back here, doctors are suppose to help their patients and make sure they are informed, not shrug them off and deny any suggestions to the problem at hand. read more

My husband went to see Dr. Paulette Moulton in March. The appointment lasted 10 minutes and she did not go over the procedure with him before. She assumed he already knew. In June we received an invoice from her office for $300.00!! When I called to speak to someone about the invoice I was told Dr. Paulette would call me back. I have yet to receive a call back and I have called back several times to discuss again. This behavior is very unprofessional and my husband and I will never go back to see her again. read more
