Customer service is 50-50 depending on which team member you're able to ask for help with depend on the type of help you get. Shopping on a Sunday they had one cash register, and then self check out open. The line was all the way back to the food, which is really long for this location. Went shopping for a specific book that they say is in stock and they have a few copies. It allowed me to order it for pick up, but could not find it in store. I did ask for help, but nobody was able to help me there was nobody in that section and I kept getting the runaround The store overall is not neat and organized. Stuff is just laying everywhere and it could be because it is the holiday season, but they seem to be short staffed as well.

This is the absolute WORST, INCOMPETENT customer service experience I've ever experienced. I was…read morepromised a phone call by the manager that she would go to pick up my supplies personally and that I would receive them the following day. No equipment, no phone call. I made 6 trips to the Sweet Water store over a 4 week period and was never afforded the courtesy of phone call to be told they DID NOT have my equipment or an apology for the inconvenience. Instead, I was given excuses by the manager, Jennifer Butler, that "I had an emergency and couldn't pick up your supplies", no phone call again. When I finally received my mask it was the wrong size. When I returned to the store for the 5th time, I was accused of switching the original small mask on the return, for the medium I received that she actually gave me. She was insistent that she had given me the small that I ordered and accused me of switching to a medium. Next I had to return the CPAP tubing because I ordered a heated hose and was given NON heated item. This woman was insulting, rude and totally incompetent. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Sweet Water Medical.
