The next day they were able to get her body from the medical examiner's office after I identified her that morning and then my brother and I met with Kimberly later that afternoon to take care of all the paper work. She told us what they would take care of, broke out the costs for us, and gave us a time frame to expect to be able to pick up my mom's ashes and the death certificates. They called me the next week within the time frame Kimberly had given us that everything was ready for pick-up. The Husband Family staff eased what was a trying and hectic time by the response of their courteous, compassionate, and professional staff.

For example, I can call and order a wreath to be put out at holiday time. Very nice people in the office and they run a smooth operation. They also have security guards. The only challenge is that during some seasons, it can be really mushy, soggy, and wet due to a high water table. But that's not something they can control. I always bring my rain boots here. It's organized very well, by gardens with names. There are paved paths around the cemetery so it's easy to drive around, and they keep the roads plowed during winter. I enjoy walking around too. It's very peaceful and serene here.

I called about four months into it and she said it was "sitting in the back" ready to be done? I said well any estimates on time? Well we will let you know. Gotta wait for the snow to melt so we can find the grave. At this point it's not done anyway. They told me 6-8 weeks approx but ok. One of the emails I sent I said I finalized it in October hoping for it to go in before the holidays so I could decorate it for my mom. That was really important to me but they didn't respond to that. It's now APRIL 2026 . After several emails I called again. Tom tries to gaslight me by saying he had it "laid out" and I changed it. I did not give a go ahead to do the first design and that stone was never started. If they did they shouldn't have because it wasn't approved. that was FIVE months prior to now anyway. I said you didn't start it because when you sent the proposed design I changed it before anything was finalized. He tells me " IM SPEAKING OVER HIM" . I'm clearly upset . It's Easter and I wanted to put flowers down if possible. A birthday has passed and Christmas. These people do not care. He hung up on me 3 times. Extremely extremely disrespectful to a grieving family. DO NOT deal with them.
