He charged a very reasonable fee and did amazing work at my home. First of all, he had lots of great ideas (none of which I would ever have considered as an average user of technology) to set up a surround sound system in my new family room using my existing TV, turntable, etc. But then he went ahead and purchased excellent affordable components from his distributor to make everything work. He wired - and was neat and clean - installed - tested - and then provided a tutorial lesson for me to understand how to use everything. For some reason, my 3 year old home wasn't wired for surround sound. Max did his best to rewire and I feel he has immediately added value to my home in terms of future home sale. This is a huge warning!!!!…read more Edit: I am now getting calls and threats to take down this review. they gave me a lousy $339.70 which doesn't even cover one coat and that's after I called the police and she wanted to keep the coats because she was giving me the money for the horrific damage. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! DO NOT!! I took two Theory brand wool coats and a cashmere two piece set (totaling almost $1800 in losses) to Sara's and the pieces all came back looking frayed and all shrunken! A wool coat that had sleeves half way down my thumbs are now 3/4 sleeve coats. They also feel "wet", which was also so strange to me. This has never ever happened to drying cleaning these items before. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. They should not be in the dry cleaning business if they do not know how to take care of dry cleaning clothing. Google needs to add the option for zero stars.
