Finally at 7:40 I called, could not understand the person on the other end, but told them not to come, as it was too late to make the show's 8 PM start time. I was left holding 2 tkts at the cost of $100+ & my friend at the theatre was left without a ticket returning home after an hour drive & missing the performance. After this wkend, today Monday, I called to speak to the dispatcher & after 30 seconds, she disconnected me again. This company should not be in business. "
