We frequently see them double parked in downtown Mount Kisco, or cutting off other drivers. We were just cut off by a KES driver on the Sawmill, and the car proceeded right down the middle of the parkway, straddling both lanes. How does this company even have a license to operate? I made a reservation on the day needed, approx. 11 AM for pick-up at 6:45 PM. At 7 PM I called & was told "they were on their way" & disconnected me. Finally at 7:40 I called, could not understand the person on the other end, but told them not to come, as it was too late to make the show's 8 PM start time. I was left holding 2 tkts at the cost of $100+ & my friend at the theatre was left without a ticket returning home after an hour drive & missing the performance. After this wkend, today Monday, I called to speak to the dispatcher & after 30 seconds, she disconnected me again. This company should not be in business. "

Their communication and service was outstanding during the entire process, from the initial quote, additional questions I had along the way, to confirmation of the pickup, driver information and meeting place. The flight was 45 minutes early, but the driver had checked the flights and already knew this. He actually called me while I was still on the plane to let me know he would be there and where to meet him. It took us a little while to get through immigration/customs etc and when we came out the arrivals entrance he was waiting. The car was a brand new Lincoln and very comfortable and clean. The driver was courteous and took the quickest way back to Dobbs. Overall a hassle free experience and I will definitely use them again. Update 10/13 I used them again for an NYC pick up of my parents and kids and drop off in Westchester. Once again the service was excellent, car clean and driver extremely helpful and courteous.
