Tarnished vinyl skillfully sculpted as bracelets. Purses made from old leather coats. Rings constructed from the glass of busted in bus shelters. Shelffuls of purses-- no two are alike. Leather earrings that are just plain cool. The list goes on. There are some more reserved jewelry pieces as well, as Lady Luck covers it all. I noticed on some photographs here on Yelp that the rear part of the store must have been an art gallery in the past, however this is no longer the case.. Now its an expansion of the sales floor. The first thing one notices when entering the store is the multitude of hats around.. If it weren't for other art pieces on display, one could easily think think the whole store is just for hats. We got a really cool hat made of rain-jacket material. It certainly came in handy since there was a raging snow/rain storm going on outside and those specific hats are waterproof.. I also really liked their knitted winter wear hats/tuques. Some of them are quite unique (see photo I added to the business profile). Theres also a lot of locally crafted art and handmade jewelry. This is always a bonus since supporting the local arts is an investment in the community and makes a nice change from buying the same old Chinese imports that you can find anywhere.

The store will only do a refund up to 60 days after purchase and will not allow me to return them through mail or send them any photos at all to even just have them refund my card. I have never in my life had such poor customer service and they will absolutely NEVER get our business ever again. The manager of the store even agreed its ridiculous and happens often. Living 3 hours away from the nearest store we are just out $100 dollars and a pair of shoes. Absolutely disgusted definitely do not recommend ever shopping there.

Hardly ever see them in the U.S. The place was packed with people during our Sunday visit. Surprisingly clean and organized despite the ton of people here. They had a lot of check out counters, and I believe they were all open with lines of customers. We chose to go to the Express Lane. There were about 30 people ahead of us, but I liked their set-up for the express lane. Customers lined up and would wait for a checkout register to become available. A screen would light up with the register number that is available, and a speaker would also announce the number as well. There were at least 8 checkout registers that were dedicated solely for the Express lane. We waited less than 5 minutes before it was our turn!! Very cool indeed!! Got to admit that I like this Walmart. Sorry, to all my Walmart hater friends out there!

But what they also have is fair to poor customer service and a terrible return policy. Under their return policy, which is seldomly communicated to the customer, customers have 14 days for an exchange or store credit with zero money refunds, and any items on sale for 50% or more is a complete and final sale and cannot be exchanged (for size or other matter). Personally, I think it's sneaky and poor business practice that the policy is not better communicated. While it does state the policy in fine print on the back of Suzy Shier receipts, customers have come to expect more than this and expect the sales associates to tell them of any untraditional policies or practices that may affect their purchasing decision.
