I recently purchased charms for my sisters as a Christmas present at this store. The sales associate gift wrapped them in the store and labeled them on the bottom of the gift bag to identify each charm. I asked them to recheck them at the register, they said that the inside box was sealed and they assured me that each charm was in the correct bag. Imagine my surprise on Christmas morning when each sister received the wrong charm - they had incorrectly labeled the bags at the store! When I called them to inform them, they used the 'we were busy' excuse, and assured me that my sister (who now had a duplicate charm) could exchange it, but she would have to pay the additional money for the more expensive charm. It was bad enough that their incompetence ruined the giving of what was supposed to be unique and personal jewelry for each sister, but to actually try to make money off their screw-up was absolutely unacceptable. They gave me an email to contact a manager, and I have yet to receive an answer. I will NEVER shop at the Pandora Micmac Mall location again, nor will I ever associate it with being sellers of fine jewelry in the future. I paid hundreds of dollars for the experience of being embarrassed and frustrated at Christmas, and for the inconvenience of my sister having to drive two hours to replace her duplicate charm, while the other sister now has the knowledge that the charm she received, and loved, at Christmas, was not even the one that was chosen for her.
