So much to see here. Perfect for photos. The sculptures change here and there. But Humpty is a the staple of this place. Love seeing him. There is a skateboard park spot too. That's pretty cool for the kids.

Whether it's going out for a stroll or just biking around town mount saint mary park has a lot to offer. From local art sculptures all throughout (some for sale), a skateboarding area, tennis, picnics under the gazebo, to benches throughout to enjoy the breeze of the along the fox river. I even noticed kids doing a scavenger hunt along the park. There is even a veranda spot where you can rent out for parties or special events. Overall there is something for everyone. I've driven by this park many times and the golden Humpty Dumpty caught my eye. So finally one weekend on a long bike ride from north aurora I decided to check this park out. I think it's great well kept and definitely worth seeing.

We started coming here back when my son was stroller age. It's a nice park that offers about a mile in paved trails, an extensive playground, great views of the river, a little stream for kids to play in and several sculptures. In the middle of all of that is a good deal of grass space equipped with picnic tables and a gazebo. Little has changed over the years with the exception of the artwork. Some of the sculptures tend to swap out from time to time. Currently, Humpty stands (or in his case, sits) guard on the Rt31 side of the park. The Fox River side is watched over by a rather large turtle. Other great pieces of artwork are spread throughout. MSM has a direct trail connections to head south towards Geneva and north into the downtown area as well. Be sure to walk the entire path to get a full scope of the park and all it has to offer. Cheers.

A nice place to take a stroll in the park. Sculptures, benches, on the river in St Charles. Very nice.

I hadn't been here since last year and came by today, and I was so excited to see the plant section fully stocked with some great houseplants. And the prices on some of the items are more reasonable than they've been in the past, so I was happy to see it. (Though some are still exceptionally high -- a 4" Thai constellation monstera is $99, versus $39 at Home Depot for the exact same size, which I also went to this morning). I snagged a 5-inch "swiss cheese" for $17, which isn't too bad (and is actually cheaper than the comparable one at Home Depot this morning -- go figure). I love that they have a bunch of small 2" plants too, many for under $4 -- great to try out something new without making a huge investment, or to combine together for an indoor planter box. They have lots of cute planters, garden decor, and other seasonal goods, too. Definitely worth stopping by regularly to see what they have.

I called because I wanted to know their return policy and the person on the phone was dismissive, telling me I could "bring in the body and talk to a manager." That's not helpful at all. I will think twice about spending my money here again.

I saved money with the others; however, I also never got the attention to detail that I wanted. I was always disappointed with the end result. After neglecting my landscaping all summer, there was a lot of work to do to prepare for winter. Deadheading a ton of plants, cutting Ivy back from my house and trees, trimming tree branches away from my house, shaping my boxwoods, and removing tons of leaves because I live in an established neighborhood filled with huge trees... it was way more work than I have the capacity to do. Arun gave me an estimate of $1700. I knew it would be high, but it was even higher than expected. I considered going back to one of my previous landscapers, but ultimately, I wanted my property to be done exactly as I wanted it. I didn't want the snow to melt in the spring and be faced with landscaping that still needed more work. My yard looks amazing. It was everything I wanted it to be. Yes, it cost more, but I got what I paid for
