This review is for the lab. My doctor advised going here so that the results would be in the system. I now know better for next time as this place is poorly run, VERY poorly. Insane wait! Was told 15 minutes when I arrived and there were only 3 people in the waiting room, which I felt very unsafe in as it is small quarters! The 3 waiting were taken 1-2-3. 25 minutes later I knocked on the door to be told "we will be right with you." Then they took someone else ahead of me! When I commented, again, I was told "someone will be with you soon." 10 minutes later I finally had my blood drawn. If you know of a place to go for blood drawing, please comment below! Mount Sinai is yet another medical facility that is entirely dependent on who you deal with day to day. We have been here many times for prenatal care, and said care can be at times efficient, frustrating, excellent, infuriating, and adequate. Since your actual care is subject to which individual care provider you are seeing, I am going to limit my criticism here to the disconnect between the clinical staff and the front desk in the hopes that it can be improved. Why do I have to call in to a separate number make an appointment for an ultrasound when I'm either already on the phone with this office, or standing right here? If we have to have an absolutely mandatory appointment for my very pregnant wife next week, why are you telling me there are no appointments available? Then when the doctor informs you (just like we did) that we have to have it, how is there suddenly one available? Do you just love wasting people's time? Why is there unfailingly a final billing notice sent with regard to a non-existent copay we were never asked for after EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT? Why people, why? read more

Every other time I call, they can't seem to find my doctor on file, and the last time they refused me sent me to urgent care where I waited all afternoon to be seen. When I made a well visit to establish a new doctor (as directed by their staff who turned me away), the doctor could easily see that I indeed did already have a doctor established and on file, and told me there was no reason I couldn't have been seen other than the call center's error. That five minute needless appointment billed around $250 to my medical savings account. When I called the billing department to redress the situation, they did nothing. They only offered unhelpful,, gaslighting responses like, "Are you trying to say services weren't rendered?" --Underlining that I literally spoke to the doctor (who just told me about the clerical error). I'm totally well and was only* there to re-establish a doctor so I wouldn't be turned away again in the future, and I was directed to by their staff to make a needless appmt based on false information and direction from their own staff. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I know this is long but please read this and learn from my mistakes. I scheduled a routine Mammogram. 1. I called 2 times to get a human for an appointment (spanned about a week) - I should have just given up and went elsewhere, but they already had my history and I just wanted to get it over with 2. The receptionists couldn't find my records told me to call back 3. By the 3rd call - my records were located and I was told to call back again and ask someone else to merge my 2 separate accounts into 1. I HAD TO CALL BACK and GET THEM MERGED! I have emails re this insanity. I may have to attach them just to prove I am not crazy. 4. Once all of this was resolved (spanned 2 1/2 weeks now) and I arrived for my appointment, the technician was very rude and unsympathetic which added to the anxiety of a very unpleasant and painful procedure. When I asked her to slow down, she sort of shrugged her shoulders and said you will just have to come back if you don't let me get this done - rude and unempathetic! - I should have just left. 5. This is the most important part: I should have led with this one! My results stated that I had to do follow up because the tech found an issue on the left side. Mt Sinai sat on this information indefimitely until I realized that I hadn't received a phone call, nor gotten anything in the mail! This is the scariest part of the entire horrid experience!!! Everyone knows that every minute counts with early detection! Mt Sinai totally dropped the ball. I called back 3 different times to get someone on the line that actually gave me this information (spanned 2 additional weeks). When I totally freaked out that they didn't notify me, they basically treated me like a "Karen" and said that my doctor should have contacted me. However, my doctor was not notified either of the results, she didn't even know that I had gone for the mamo yet. I, of course, switched immediately and had a follow up with a more respectable place. Northwell treated my situation with the urgency and professionalism that it required. The end result to this mess was that the mammogram was not clear enough for a conclusion (probably due to a technician error - she sort of eluded to that during the appointment, I should have listened and just left.) But, if I HAD missed my window for early detection, I literally would have lost my mind!!! I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH ANYTHING LIFE THREATENING! Please learn from my mistakes and go elsewhere! Lastly, about 3 1/2 months later, Mt Sinai called me to let me know that my mammogram was not clean and I needed a followup appointment - was I ready to make one at this time!!! 3 1/2 MONTHS after I moved my records, been to Northwell where I received my results on the spot! After a recent insurance switch at my company, All of my doctors were suddenly out of network and needed to start over again. Long story short, I was devastated and nervous. Here comes the team at Mount Sinai (300 Cadman Plaza West) to save the day. The receptionist was so nice, Olga my nurse made me feel comfortable and the doctor was amazing. I mean it, AMAZING. Doctor Alicia Carranza was a delight. She took her time, explained everything and was nonjudgmental. Does it get any better? Thank you, thank you, thank! This is a review for the front desk staff and overall office management. I had an appointment for an annual physical which included blood work and involved fasting. So keep in mind that while writing this review I am starving and tired from having gotten up super early for no reason. When I arrived I waited several minutes to be called to the counter despite there being 3 receptionists and zero patients checking in at that time. I was then informed that the doctor decided to not come in and that they had called me and left a voicemail. I received no call nor a voicemail and definitely no apology. The woman then told me the next appointment would be in 2 weeks all the while treating me like i had done something wrong. I was hoping this place would work out because they're convenient to my home and work, but there are thousands of doctors in the city and I don't need the headache. read more

I would avoid this office if looking for a comfortable setting and somewhere you would like to feel taken care of and that you are a valued patient. I was late for my first appointment due to an accident on the way to the appointment, parking and a line to check in. I was 20 minutes late but called to let them know my issue and they said I had a 15 minutes grace period but didn't mention any concern. They didn't say you have 15 minutes to get here or we are rescheduling after I had just driven 45 minutes to get to the appointment. There are many unforeseen issues that can arise but when calling that should have all been disclosed to me. I also wasn't familiar with the area and no one could help me when I called onto where I could find parking. I was looking for a new gynecologist because I am new to area and this was the worst experience I had. The front desk lady was very rude and reprimanded me for being late, I have never been treated this way at a doctors office. I was on location about 10 minutes late to the appointment but by the time I checked in where there was a line and got to the front desk apparently it was too late. This could have been relayed to me as I was a new patient and also could have been treated much better as a potential patient. This is an important decision for women when choosing a gynecologist especially when planning to have kids therefore I needed to write a review so you are aware. read more

This place is truly something. ( i don't mean that in a good way) although the nurses and doctors are okay, it just seems as if they are extremely understaffed. It makes absolutely no sense that after you get checked in and do your vitals, that you still have to wait upwards of 75 mins to see your doctor. It makes no sense and it is super annoying! I checked in for my appointment at 230! It's now 3:57pm and i still have yet to see a doctor. They called me into the room at 245. I've been here still waiting to see a doctor with no one checking in to see how I'm doing, if I'm still here. It's incredibly frustrating. They double book, and have people wait in upwards of 2 hours. I was seen today at 420pm! That's unacceptable, especially since they cancel your appointment if you're more than 15 mins late. I'm seriously considering changing my physicans. Because this is simply too much. You wait 2.5 hours to see the doctor, another 1 hour for the lab, and Friday's they close the lab early (which they don't mention until after you've waited in vain for 2.5 hours). I had a Horrible experience today. Best bet is to go in the mornings and try to be the first person, but they triple book those appointments as well, so even if you do make it there early, you're liable to wait as well. This place is a danger to your health and I've stopped going there. It means I've left my doctor of 10+ years. Unfortunately, she misses important diagnoses that could result in death, gets defensive about it, spends most of the time during an appointment complaining that she has five patients waiting. The appointment is only 15 minutes long, hardly enough for an elderly person on 10 medications. Most of her referrals are to third-rate specialists in Brooklyn (what's wrong with the world class doctors at Mt. Sinai in Manhattan?) She never does a physical exam (I bathe so that's not the problem). To her credit, she's prompt about answering emails Basically, she is running a tollbooth, checking your (very expensive ) labs and sending you for tests or to mostly lousy referrals. She has me going in for this charade every 2-3 months when, in my opinion, there is absolutely no need for such frequency, Meanwhile, I could die from the problems she's missing. I have a lot of stories I could tell (e.g., vindictive lab technicians, etc.) but the worst is how I got ready for a colonoscopy and drove over to the hospital in Manhattan for it. Then I was told they did not have me on schedule and could not fit me in. The doctor came out and was apologetic and I figured things can happen so forget about it. Then I rescheduled the procedure and called a week in advance to re-confirm. I also emailed the doctor. There was no response so I did not appear for the test. No one contacted me until six weeks after the appointment when the doctor emailed. But there is no way I'm having a colonoscopy with a doctor who can't run the basics of her office. What kind of mistake will she make with my colon?? Very dangerous and disappointing. read more

This review is for my experience with Dr. Lauren Cohen of the Adler group. I don't typically write such poor personal reviews but I feel the need to warn other women who might get stuck with her for labor and delivery. I saw the Adler group throughout my first pregnancy and had good experiences during my prenatal care appointments with Dr. Carranza, Dr. Hernandez, and Dr. Walia. I had seen Dr. Cohen for an issue I was having prior to being pregnant and was shocked to experience her horrible bedside manner and clear lack of empathy. I had made a point to not see her again for any future appointments but when you are pregnant and in the care of a medical group, there is always a small chance that you will end up delivering with someone that you don't want. I had even talked with the other doctors about what I could possibly do if I was to go into labor and she was the doctor that was working, but there were no other options provided. Unfortunately in my case, Dr. Cohen was the only doctor on call the weekend that I went into labor and the only other option would have been to use the attending OB GYN at Mount Sinai East, which they advised against. I will not detail out the entire experience that my husband and I went through under Dr. Cohen's care, as we have already submitted a detailed written complaint to the hospital, but I will say that she was so very rude, dismissive, condescending, and mostly made me feel unsafe and neglected throughout my labor and delivery. I know enough to know that not every labor and delivery will go as planned, but what I was put through under her care was inexcusable. There are far too many other doctors and/or practices to choose from so think twice before going with Dr. Cohen and the Adler Group! read more

I had a bad experience at many visits at this practice. One of the worst was in the height of the Covid pandemic a nurse led me to a room that had obviously not been cleaned as the paper on the exam table was all messed up from last patient. When I asked she said they had run out of clean rooms! She got annoyed when I asked if they could clean the room and I heard her loudly complaining about me when she left. Unsafe and unprofessional. The waiting area had around 20 people crowded in during this summer. The waits are ridiculous. I once went to urgent care and waited so long in the exam room I called a doctor through telemedicine and had a visit that way instead. And the staff on the phone told me there were no appointments for five months for my pcp at the time! I switched to a different practice. read more

This review is for the clerical staff that sit at the desks on the 17th & 18th floors of Mount Sinai Doctors - Brooklyn Heights. They are a disaster. A freaking walking disaster who seem to view the patients that they're responsible for checking in as an inconvenience to their jobs. Seriously, there is absolutely ZERO care by the healthcare clerical staff. What these staff people don't realize is that without patients to check-in they wouldn't even have jobs. What other reason care there be for them from yelling "Next!" at people; asking for things without the use form of any common courtesy (i.e. no "please"; no "thank you"; no "you're welcome); or issuing directives (i.e. "go have a seat"). Seriously they're the worst and the manner that their behavior reflects on the quality of the medical treatment that I receive is not a positive one at all. I mean if the people who oversee and manage the Office don't care about how the office staff treats the patients it makes me question whether they even care about the care that the doctors provide. The office staff don't treat the patients like humans, like people. They treat you as cattle that need to be processed so it's only natural to think that the doctors have the same attitude. After a few years of seeing doctors there I've had enough. I'll take my healthcare business elsewhere even if it it means having to start over with treatment plans and tests. read more

There doctors need a course in Empathy, Gerontology and Individualized care/treatment plans in treating the Elderly. No concern about pain which is easily dismissed with "take tylenol". Pain is real and very individualized, unfortunately with the oxycodone epidemic, those of us who are experiencing 'REAL' pain due to chronic conditions are suffering and paying the price. "Tylenol does not fit all conditions"; stop ignoring pain. There have to be other medications to treat pain that are not narcotics. They make it so obvious that they are not interested in addressing your pain issue and before you can provide information on your symptoms "tylenol" is the first word out of their mouth as a treatment. Pain chart doesn't mean a thing. I am talking about painful chronic conditions especially in the elderly severe Osteo/Rhuematoid Arthritis....there has to be a better solution. Young doctors taking care of Elderly patients who have no clue about aging.... Waiting time for lab work is horrible up to an 1 hour or more. Never enough staff.... read more

2 stars - only because of the Dr's are great - the business is horrible. My Primary care Dr Rebecca Seigel is located here, she is great. My previous Primary Care Dr Emily Taylor here was great, my child's Dr is here and he is Fantastic too, but yet we are probably going to be leaving this place because their use of a call center is utterly unforgivable. To say the process of getting an appointment when you really need one is rude and cold would be tame. I called with an URGENT request to see my doctor - not an emergency but urgent enough that I needed to see her this week. When the woman at the call center asked what the issue was, I replied "it is personal". She then asked again, I replied "it is personal between myself and my doctor" she then informed me that she needed to fill out her form and in order to continue, I needed to tell her what the issue was. No matter how many times I told her it was personal, she continued to inform me that she had to enter something - to the point that she started to rattle off different things, "was it a shot, was it a check up, was it follow up", on and on until I relented and told her what the issue was. Now did I miss something? Was this woman a nurse? Was she part of my doctors medical team? Why did i need to tell this woman what exactly I needed to see my doctor for? Why couldn't it be left at "personal and private"? After going through all of that, I was then told that the soonest I could see my doctor was Dec 2nd. I reminded them that it was Urgent. They then said there was nothing they could do. I asked for a manager, that person said they could call over and see if there was anything available for 'sick patients'. I said I could be there late afternoon on Wed or anytime on Thursday. I was informed that there was 1 appointment I could have, early wednesday. 1 appoint all week. That 1 appointment that I cannot make. 1 time the entire week for a sick patient. The frustration of this entire situation comes form many places. First, this entire interaction took about 25 minutes. The entire time I am dealing with a call center that has no relationship with the Dr's office. I wasn't dealing with the front desk staff for my dr who knows her schedule and can help make an appointment work, I was dealing with someone looking at a computer screen, relaying information. Only after I asked for a manger did I get them to call over to the dr's office and only then did they say that there was 1 appointment available for an urgent patient. I asked "If i have the Flue, would my Dr be available?" Their response, "No." but we would find someone else available." And this gets to my other frustration. What good is having a primary care doctor if that doctor is unavailable when you actually need to see them? I am not there to see "another" doctor, I am there for my primary care and not just for my yearly check ups but when I am actually sick or injured. I don't expect them to have an appointment at the very minute I need it but I do expect them to have something if I give them an entire day that I am available. I have never had this issue with the pediatrics dept. Anytime my child is sick, I can get him in that day. This is why I am completely surprised that it is impossible for me to see my doctor when I actually need to see her. If this is the level of care and service that they are going to provide in a time of need, then I probably don't need them anymore. Which is disappointing because the Dr's are great, they are just surrounded by a business structure that is a moat of incompetence . read more

I have been to this facility twice. The first time was with my niece and my experience at the urgent care center was great and this last visit was at the ophthalmology clinic with Dr. Monica Dweck. The staff over the phone and in person were all so efficient, professional, and nice. The optician who assessed me was patient and kind, but most of all.....Dr Dweck was the nicest doctor I've ever met. She took the time to ask me in depth questions as to why I made this visit and she LISTENED. Her demeanor was so warm that I was about to hug her and give her a kiss, LOL. I have changed my OB/GYN to this facility as well. At the end of the visit they give you a printed summary of you visit and they make sure to educate you on your condition, what meds to take, and they are available to ensure that your insure covers the prescribed meds. Administration is Kafkaesque. Doctors and nurses are great. The phone and fax numbers are answered hundreds of miles away in North Carolina. So they know nothing. If you want a simple question answered you need to show up in person. 5 days to fill out a kids public school health form that takes 5 minutes. But the lobby is beautiful. Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. I've never been to a medical facility in a major NYC practice that didn't have some system issues whether it's Sinai, NYU or Cornell. Ultimately, it's about the quality of care from the clinical staff. I've been thrilled with both the Pediatric practice for our two boys as well as adult primary care. The nurses are friendly and helpful and Dr. Messinger in Peds and Dr. Passias for adults are amongst the best doctors I've come across. They both take the time to listen and explain their recommendations while considering our point of view. Our experiences with Dr Chubak in Urology and Dr Cohen in GI have also been superior. Furthermore, the ability to get an ultrasound or mammogram in the same facility with ease makes this practice a super convenient one stop shopping experience. That said, have to deduct a star for a phone system in which no one answered on one occasion and for the 45 minute wait for a lab draw. read more

I am updating this review to say that we are STILL dealing with billings, and each time I call to correct the matter, they have no record of my previous calls. The billings person tells me each time that they will resubmit the claim and make note of my call, but when I call to follow up, they have no record of the claim being resubmitted or of my previous calls. It's so frustrating! It's no wonder that we have been dealing with the same issue for a year now and it has still not been resolved. They try and collect money for services not rendered. My husband went in for a series of immunizations and each time, they billed it as if he had seen a specialist when in reality, he saw no doctor at all! For this reason, my neurologist is dealing with my blood pressure medication and I have to go to Urgent Care any time my asthma starts bothering me. Don't bother with this place. Doctors are fine but the lab is a joke. If you schedule an appointment that requires lab work they: 1. May or may not decide to close the lab that day and not tell you 2. Won't consider whether or not the appointment you have aligns with lab hours. Eg. if you have an appointment at 11 a.m. that requires lab work, you will have to wait until 1 p.m. at the earliest until the lab opens again. There is no actual benefit of them having a lab on site. They might as well just plan to send you somewhere they know will be open. read more

Review is for general facility and not urgent care. I found my orthopedic surgeon on ZocDoc (Darwin Chen) at this location and was pleased to find that they're actually a comprehensive practice with doctors from a variety of different disciplines (PC, OB-GYN, etc). The office space is clean and modern and has a great view of the city! Didn't have to wait at all to see the doctor, and special thanks to the receptionist Mari(a? e?) who battled tooth and nail with my doctor's office to make sure my referral paperwork was in order. Great facility and I will definitely try out some of their other doctors in the future. read more

I should've read the reviews before going to this practice! The staff definitely need more training on handling patients, answering phone, work ethic, responsibility, patient care. The doctors too are irresponsible. My appointment was canceled just because it snowed on a Monday, so I couldn't see the doctor Tuesday which was my scheduled appointment. Next appointment, I arrive at my scheduled time 5:45pm, waited for the the receptionist to get off the phone, mine you she sees me standing there waiting to be attend and I was the only one there. After she finally gets off the phone, I tell her I'm here for my 5:45pm appointment, she says 5:45? I said yes I've been standing here 10mins waiting for you to stop chatting on the phone. Then she says I have to see if the doctor is still here, of course after 15min minutes more she said we have to reschedule because the doctor isn't here. dr. Wu! read more

After lots of good experiences at the Mount Sinai UES location I've been severely disappointed by Mount Sinai Doctors Brooklyn Heights. The doctor himself was perfectly fine, but everything else about the experience is dismal. Whereas other locations had a technician draw blood minutes after seeing the doctor, here I was sent to another part of the office, where I had to wait for nearly 90 minutes before being seen. When requesting a Rx refill a few month later, the entire office seems to be comatose: neither a message from my pharmacy nor multiple messages through their platform of choice (myChart) are responded to. I was finally able to be seen by the doctor. It turned out she had an accident the morning of my appointment and the office had the wrong number. After being sick for years and going to so many doctors, I was finally diagnosed with a rare illness in 2015. I received treatment in 2016 and have spent the last 4-5 years living great for the first time since the early 2010s. Thank you to the amazing clinical staff at Mt Sinai. Best multi specialty practice with top notch physicians and staff. We received the highest quality care and were able to get labs, and radiologic scans done on site, same day. My entire family now attends this practice because it's truly a one stop shop. The pediatricians, internal medicine physicians and specialists were able to search all of our needs and provide the highest quality care. The practice is part of mount sinai and we love that our medical records are easily accessible at any site. Amazing practice and we can't recommend it enough. Doctors Aronov and Turner were truly amazing with our daughter and we could Not recommend them enough. Even during the covid 19 pandemic, they make you feel extremely safe with the screens upon entry to the building, spread out waiting area, social distancing protocols and cleanliness and visible sanitary precautions throughout the practice. This is not a knock against our son's pediatrician Dr. Gilgoff, who is amazing. This is against the customer service at least for Pediatrics. The attitude by the front desk staff is unprofessional 70% of the time. There is one girl there who as soon as I approach the desk she gives me a look and this attitude like she hates me already. There was another time I came to the front desk, and the receptionist told me to wait while he took a call. He was on the phone, mainly on hold, for over 5 minutes, when I tried to tell him I was just checking in for an appointment. The other major frustrating reality is when you call to make an appointment or leave a message to have the doctor call you, you will be put on automated hold FOREVER. It is anywhere from 10 minutes to a record 22 minutes yesterday. It seems like its an outsourced answering service. We've been with this practice for almost 2 years and it wasn't this bad in the beginning. If I was looking for a doctor for me or my son now, and had to deal just trying to get through, i would honestly look elsewhere. We also had a bad experience with their Urgent Care for our son. One evening we waited for the doctor almost 2 hours because he was the only one there. He then misdiagnosed our son with having an ear infection and that his chest was clear even though he was coughing. The next day, we called Dr. Gilgoff to brief him and he told us to bring our son in. Turns out he had a case of bronchitis and TWO ear infections, plus the medication the urgent care doc prescribed was incorrect. read more

One of the most important details between a doctor and patient is trust, once that trust is broken, it's time to find a new doctor. I had my yearly physical exam last year, which is covered by my insurance and i was sent a bill in the mail for a copayment for that visit. When i called billing to inquire as to why i was billed for it, i was told that the doctor may have discussed something with me that was not considered part of the physical. I called my former doctor( since i will no longer be seeing her), to get further explanation about the bill. She said sorry for the misunderstanding/miscommunication but we did discuss************** and that generated a separate office visit which is why i was billed. Before she started my physical, she opened up my chart and asked me questions on how i am doing with my pre-existing condition and what else is going on, to which i answered. I told her why didn't she informed me that this would happen if i continued answering her questions, her response was, "sorry for the misunderstanding, but in any event i was overdue for an office visit anyway". This type of information should be made VERY CLEAR to patients BEFORE any questions NOT pertaining to the annual physical is asked so the patient can decide whether to answer or not. This doctor's office is great! I've been to both an internist and a specialist at this location. I'm never left waiting for long and even if I was, their waiting room is a very comfortable space. All of the receptionists, nurses and doctors all have been a pleasure to work with. Even over the phone, every person I've spoken to is kind and willing to assist in whatever way possible. Definitely going to keep going to them as long as they take my insurance! read more

My husband and I have been coming here for a few years, and the doctors seem well-qualified, but way too often I have to go to my regular doctor in addition, so coming here is a waste. Today was the worst because they simply turned me away. Yesterday I got rear-ended in a minor accident, had some neck pain, and my insurance company's nurse-line said to go to to a doctor today just in case. My regular doctor didn't have an opening, so following the nurse's instructions to call first to make sure they could take Xrays, I called urgent care three times and each time I was on hold for several minutes before the phone system hung up on me. I knew their doctors are boarded in emergency medicine, and it's a huge office, so it seemed like a good bet, so I just went over. When I got there, the administrator and then the office manager both said they couldn't take me because my health insurance wouldn't cover injuries from an auto accident. Eventually I got in to see my primary care doctor in Manhattan late in the day, and everyone there said that it didn't matter that I had been in a car accident, my health insurance would pay just like for anything. It was a waste of time and huge inconvenience even to try urgent care first because of how scheduling worked out. read more

I had an appointment for a mammogram today at Brooklyn Heights. As nervous as I was I had such a great experience that I felt the need to yelp. The building is beautiful and very clean. Karishma Rana and Raina Davis assisted me with the check in process which was a breeze. Oleana from the Radiology Dept did my Mammogram. She was very thorough and reassuring. I would definitely recommend this practice. read more

I had an appointment this morning that I scheduled a month and a half prior. Upon arrival, I was told that the doctor was no longer with the practice and that I had been given a call on November 7 (at my mobile number that they confirmed) to cancel. I have no record of a missed call or a voicemail on that date. This is terrible management on the part of the office staff and I should have read the reviews on yelp before making my appointment as it seems others have had similar experiences. I made the appointment purely based on the merits of the doctor but now going forward will make sure to consider the front office as well. read more

This review is for the pediatrics practice. Dr. Gilgof and his staff are very good- highly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This pediatrics practice is far nicer than Tribeca Pediatrics, which has a constant revolving door of physicians and nurse practitioners. I take off one star for their phone service, which is difficult and inconsistent, and as I have never been able to pay my bill on-line. read more
