We consider our son's teachers part of our family, to which we owe a huge part of his success to. His little classmates are such wonderful little influences, and the their parents have been wonderful to interact with as well. The community at Kiddie Academy has made our lives better, and we could not be happier with the administration (who we still see and talk to EVERY day), the phenomenal teachers, the learning activities and opportunities, and the overall atmosphere. We put our complete trust in them every day, and it has been so nice to login on my phone ANY time and see what art project he's working on via their camera system, have videos sent to me of what he's doing via the Tadpoles app, and know exactly how long he napped for, how much he ate, how many times he went to the bathroom, what they learned in their curriculum that day, and the ability to read the books and learn the songs he is learning via the weblinks sent in the Tadpoles app. One of our son's favorite things is to come home and have us ask about his day, with all the little details we've read on the app. Sometimes, I'll learn the stories and songs before he comes home and surprise him with it before bed, and he's completely overjoyed that I know the songs and books he learned about that day. Even writing these experiences, it truly makes my heart smile. I'm sure this is all sounding like I was paid to write this, or I'm getting some type of compensation, but honestly, I'm not. Awesome daycare is EXTREMELY hard to find, and so I hope that through my review, you can see that this is one of the few that exist.

Her dedication to preparing children for kindergarten goes far beyond expectations. From the incredible curriculum and hands-on learning to the latest technology like smart boards, music programs, karate, yoga, and amazing teachers, every detail reflects the love and effort she pours into her program. You can see how much she genuinely cares about each child's growth, confidence, and success. If you are looking for a preschool that is professional, enriching, and absolutely top-notch, I highly recommend Toddler University. Your children will be loved, supported, and exceptionally prepared for their future!

We had our kids attend Toddler University Preschool, LLC for about 5 years. The director/owner is friendly and kind offering a preschool with love and passion like no other! Everything you would want to hear, even offering extra curricular activities like yoga, karate, animal experiences, zumbini, and a big firehouse graduation! My kids had the time of their lives. Creating friendships that last a lifetime. Friendships. Not just between the kids also between the parents. We have met a multitude of people in this business. Where you can message another parent and feel like you have known them your whole life. But something changed. Communication and my kid had meltdowns at drop off, but everything was "fine" when I ask how my child was during the day. But clearly my child did not think so. Being almost the oldest family attending and loyalty means nothing to a small business like this. Receiving a 30 day notice with no explanation (contract says no explanation can be given) other than "personal reasons" came to a shock. I was told to keep personal life and business separate and not let them mix. Payments we made rearly, participated school events, accepting of any changes to policies. There were no issues there. Once I received the 30 day notification (by text), at drop off/pick up I wasn't greeted by the owner anymore. I was greeted by the assistant teachers. I had questions and needed clarification, but I was told not to bring this topic up to her or the assistants (needed to relay messages and was not physically present) and not to reach out to other families because it wasn't "my place." As a mother it is my right to know what is happening with my child in someone else's care and why is it only happening to my child. When you think you know somebody better than your family, it's like getting stabbed in the back with a dagger. It hurts, but time will pass and will heal. After experiencing this. I would highly not recommend Toddler University Preschool, LLC. I don't want anyone experiencing rejection from a caregiver to your child with no explanation of any sorts, regardless of loyalty.

Alice's true authentic Montessori school was warm and inviting. Unfortunately due to distance from us we decided may not be the best fit, but assure any parent her attention to detail and sections for children to focus on math, cursive, and art was nothing less than a beautiful display. The children are able to water flowers and do arrangements, have access to beautiful grounds and nature. Highly recommend and if location / travel time from where we live in Columbia was more feasible would have enrolled our daughter. A must for any parent looking for AMI teaching!!!

Finding that all together is hard, but also so important. My toddler loves and is benefiting from practical life work, and so needs the grace and courtesy and independence that great Montessori primary programs can foster. I'm so, so grateful that Apple Ridge and Ms. Alice are here for him.

The separate gym building provides space for birthday parties. They have a indoor climbing apparatus (a somewhat dangerous one), bounce house, and large gym blocks. The space is open and a good size space for birthday parties for smaller kids. For the school itself, the main flaw is the New Century admissions process. It lacks structure, there is one person in charge. The person in charge, DS, is "disingenuous" as described by the first review. Since she alone runs the visits, the applicants are selected based off of her own personal evaluations and thus, her preferences and biases. Determining which 1-2 year old is more qualified than the next seems like a great skill, until its clear she does not look below the surface. Great space for a school, needs new administration, and the administration needs oversight.

The kids spend a ton of time outside which is fantastic for little brains and bodies! As a teacher, I was impressed with the solid foundational skills my daughter received in her early years (2-5yo). Ask to visit places you're interested in and sit in the rooms.
