Every single person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and made the visit smooth from start to finish. I did walk-in for lab work and they were ready for me before I could walk from the registration kiosk to the lab waiting room. Don't forget to bring your car parking ticket, Kaiser validates here. The office is always clean and well kept. My daughter is 25 and unfortunately this is her second negative experience at this location. I've been in the medical profession, my entire life and have never encountered a family member that has been treated this way. He saw her all but 4 minutes! When she asked the RN if she could ask him a few questions, he never returned. My daughter called me in tears, so when I inquired with the RN as to his behavior..... interestingly enough, he captured in her medical record right away which is available on KP.Org that my daughter's chief complaint was refill! Nothing like trying to cover yourself in making a patient look negative. Please beware of this physician.His bedside manner and his lack of interest with concerns of a patient. After receiving lots of push back and basically taking away my right to choose, I was seeking a new pediatrician. I came to know this practice by way of referral from a very like-minded friend of mine. Upon arrival we were greeted and seated. The usual new patient paperwork was provided and explained. They have patient advocates to assist you with things. Mine is Renee and she was super direct yet friendly. (My type of lady!) I have two daughters, ages 9 years and 4 months, who were both seen at the same time. Our doctor was Dr. Jackson. A well put together, seemingly knowledgeable professional. I appreciated that she took the time to have a discussion about my vaccination concerns. I also got all of my questions answered and didn't feel rushed like many physicians can make you feel. I am impressed with the fresh and friendly decor and smiling staff. My coordinator also provided me with a TON of free baby formula when I told them I supplement my breast milk! Really excited to share this with all of my mommy friends in Atlanta.

Often on Groupon places won't answer or they have a two month out schedule and it's ridiculous. Not here! They're very professional and accommodating. The location was easy to find and parking was plentiful. The office is super clean and modern and the staff was kind. They have one of the best acupuncturist I've ever had work on me. Fantastic technique and instant relief. I recently hurt my back and needed urgent attention from a chiropractor and recalled they offered this service as well. The adjustment without insurance was only $50!! And Dr. Natalie is so good. Very knowledgeable and communicative. Whatever your needs this is your place! I'm obsessed.

Only bad experience was a man who was new at Decatur I believe he might have been a nurse and he was checking me in at front desk. Was by far the ugliest encounter I have ever had at a doctor's office. Immediately he was handled and I never saw him again at either location. Pretty sure he was let go. I have extremely rare condition which causes rare subset conditions that most doctors pass off on me as "difficult". The Doctors here and their P.A.'s have always gone the mile for me and it has made a difference in my overall quality of life and care. Navigating them can waste an entire hour! And wait times just to speak with someone are soooo long!!! Also, some clinics are no longer booking any appt. because of the back log of patients. I have an eye condition called keracotonus. It is a medical condition that is covered by my…read moreinsurance. I was referred to Emory Eye Clinic to be fitted for a sclarel contact lens as treatment for keracotonus. During my first visit in September 2025, the doctor explained that prescribing the lens is a 4 visit process. He said it would cost $800 out of pocket plus a $30 copayment for each visit. The billing department confirmed this. I paid the $800 promptly. I have also paid $30 during each visit. My final appointment was in January 2026. About a week later, I received a bill for $515. I contacted Emory and my insurance company to resolve this issue. My insurance contacted Emory and explained that there was a problem with the claim and told them how to fix it. They did not correct the error. I got a bill for $485 a few weeks later. I again contacted Emory and my insurance company. My insurance company contacted Emory a second time. I received another bill in April. This time it was back to $515. However my account in MyChart says it's $485. My insurance company contacted Emory a third time. I reached out to the billing department via MyChart. The response said that a quote from billing is not a guarantee, that my insurance doesn't cover keracontonus and that they cannot provide a itemized bill that reflects payments on my account. All of that is inaccurate and unacceptable. After 3+ months of all this, I made a complaint to Patient Relations. They intervened. They also gave me a lot of excuses. I understand that mistakes in billing happen. I don't understand the unwillingness to correct the mistake. The could have easily resolved if Emory had listened to my insurance company in the first place.
