You have many ways to get care at Kaiser Permanente without leaving the comfort of your home which…read moreincludes an e-visit, phone, video appointments, and emails. Dr. Ramchandra was absolutely the best at this location. His kindness, respect, and genuine care made me feel completely comfortable and valued as a patient. He truly listens and takes the time to explain everything in a way that shows how much he cares about your health and well-being. The lab technician and the entire staff were beyond welcoming. Every single person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and made the visit smooth from start to finish. I did walk-in for lab work and they were ready for me before I could walk from the registration kiosk to the lab waiting room. Don't forget to bring your car parking ticket, Kaiser validates here. The office is always clean and well kept. They have different types of care like internal medicine, radiology, other outpatient services including adult medicine, pediatrics, behavioral health, dermatology, and pharmacy, along with on-site laboratory services.

This was the first appointment that my daughter had that she made for a simple refill due to her regular PC no longer with Kaiser. The behavior wss so disturbing I was left with no other choice than to file a grievance with kaiser today. Next step is the Georgia Composite Medical Board. This was a simple appointment, follow-up. My daughter is 25 and unfortunately this is her second negative experience at this location. I've been in the medical profession, my entire life and have never encountered a family member that has been treated this way. He saw her all but 4 minutes! When she asked the RN if she could ask him a few questions, he never returned. My daughter called me in tears, so when I inquired with the RN as to his behavior..... interestingly enough, he captured in her medical record right away which is available on KP.Org that my daughter's chief complaint was refill! Nothing like trying to cover yourself in making a patient look negative. Please beware of this physician. His bedside manner and his lack of interest with concerns of a patient. Very disappointed Kaiser Patient - 20 years Georgia - 15 years northern California

Definitely wanted to leave this review ASAP considering all of the negative reviews for this place…read morebecause that was not AT ALL my experience! ***LOCATION*** There is plenty of parking around the area. I live so close that I actually walk here, that was one reason that I decided to give them a try despite the horrible reviews. In less than an hour, I can walk here, have my appointment and be home. So it is easy to fit in a visit during a lunch break, early in the am our right after work. The only thing was that I had a hard time finding the floor. I walked into the building from the street and only had access to that floor which was other offices. Then somehow ended up in the parking garage and finally found an elevator that would take me to the proper floor. I still don't know how I got up there. I am not very direction-oriented lol. SO it may be just me, but I felt actually accessing the floor of the building that these offices are in was hard, but besides that, there is plenty of parking. ***EXPERIENCE*** I came in and it said masks were mandatory. They had some sitting up front and I asked if I could take one since I didn't even think about brining one. They said yes it is up to me. So, I think they aren't really mandatory now, but everyone inside had one on. They greeted me and got my info. I filled out the forms online on my phone and it was quick and simple. They then called me back quickly and the nurse went over vitals and medical history. She was a young girl not much older than me, if not younger. I would say she wasn't the friendliest person I have ever met, but she was normal. She wasn't rude by any means, just nothing extra haha. The doctor then came in and she was also pretty young, probably in her 30s. She was friendly and sort of joked with me about a few things but in a serious and time-efficient way lol. Not really sure how to describe it, but she makes you feel comfortable enough to ask questions and doesn't judge you if you have any! She discussed things thoroughly with me and went over all options and really just overall explained everything well! She gave me a prescription, which I had filled at Publix across the street, but after I left Publix called me and said they didn't carry that brand anymore. The doctor's office immediately called me as well to verify if I wanted to use a different brand. I said yes and they sent over the new prescription right away. They definitely handled the situation very quickly! This visit was a couple of weeks ago, but I just got a call yesterday from the office checking in and also letting me know I could see all my history and info online or on the app. They sent me an email so I could download the app and create an account. I did that and it only took a few seconds. I could see all of my info in the app. I think it was cool I can track everything they did and even see my records like blood pressure, oxygen levels etc. I clicked on the bill section and have no current bills. The visit was covered by insurance. After reading the other reviews, I was scared, but for the moment I haven't received any outrageous bills or scams haha. Everyone seemed nice. I am assuming they must have changed management or something since the very bad reviews date back to 2017-2020. Fingers crossed that everything stays good, because I really liked the doctors and nurses and this place is so conveniently located for me! I will update if anything changes.

I'm writing this review as I sit in the office waiting for anyone to come acknowledge my existence…read more My appointment was 1:30 and it's now 2:30. I spent 30 minutes in the waiting room before they moved me to a back room and made me wait again. I popped my head out to inquire if anyone was going to come check on me and she told me to go back into my room. No doctor's office has ever made me feel like such an inconvenience. Not to mention I'm postpartum and had to secure childcare so I could come here, only for them to act like my time doesn't matter. Doctor finally came in to see me at 2:40 and spent less than 5 minutes with me. Every year I tell myself I'm going to find a new doctor because the visit is THAT unpleasant. This is my final straw. You won't see me again and anyone thinking of coming here be warned what you will get. I also want to add that last year when I came for my physical I was pregnant, told them I was pregnant multiple times, and the doctor came in and asked if I wanted to go on birth control. Then they called to tell me some of my blood work was off and I needed to come back in. Turns out the readings are normal for a pregnant woman but they never marked it down on my chart. Absurd. I'm sure some of the people here are nice enough but it shouldn't feel like a burden to get quality care. ---------- Updated 8/28/26: I've received the summary of my visit and they have me listed as 8 weeks pregnant even though I spoke with the nurse and doctor about being 8 months postpartum and breastfeeding. They also listed that the doctor performed a lung/chest exam which was "normal and clear" and an abdominal exam that was "soft, non tender" and I'm wondering how they determined that considering the doctor didn't touch my body at any point during the time she was in the exam room with me. No stethoscope, no pushing on my belly, nada. I'll be following up to make sure they correct this record and since I'm anticipating them making it impossible, I'll also be contacting my insurance and whoever else necessary to make sure this is fixed.
