Dr. Teixeira is a very gentle soul who has a way of making you feel that you have his complete attention during your appointment. He is obviously very knowledgable in his specialty, but what I love about his personal philosophy is that he does not try to perpetuate treatment. His goal is to get you self-sufficient with ergonomics, exercises, and new habits. That can't be said for other practitioners I've known in the past. Not the type for laps, but the type for aquatic exercise. There is a plethora of equipment to use, from free weights and Cybex to stationary bikes and treadmills.
