I called ahead of my first appointment to share that I had some dental anxiety and make sure we'd be a good patient/doctor fit for one another. I was assured on the phone that they'd be extra considerate of my concerns and give me the grace I needed to have my dental work done at my own pace. This practice is top notch from the moment you walk into the office and throughout the entire process. The receptionists: warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I've never waited longer than 5 minutes before being seen. Alyssa, my hygienist, so kind, very knowledgeable and sincerely caring. Not only did she stop repeatedly to ask if I needed a break or any support, however she took vested interest in learning things about me and my family-side note: in my follow-up appointment weeks later, she remembered each of those details. She is top tier. Dr. Bradshaw made sure to show all of the photos and x-rays to me and talk in great detail about what he saw and his recommended process for dental care. I never felt like anyones agenda (other than my own) was being cared for. I never felt rushed out of the office for the next appointment. I never felt anxious. And, as much as I still don't think the dentist is my favorite place to spend my free time, I'm extremely thankful I've found a dental office that genuinely cares about their patients.
